No, I'm the opposite! I definitely need to eat my syns for good losses. I am usually on my last syn the night before weigh in!

Not so much on a roll now, disaster of a dinner made us head straight for the chippy!

It's that time again. Night shift. Doing Friday to Sunday nights, 1930 - 0800. Will plan my days and hopefully not need to edit too much.

Finished shift at 8am, went straight to the pool for a swim and there's a bloody oap aqua aerobics class on! So annoyed, I was really looking forward to a post night shift swim!! Will need to do double tomorrow to make up for it! But glad I've had another week on plan - JUST!! A little off the wagon with my chippy but think I've dragged it back by the end! Weigh in Thursday again as night shift always mixes things up as I don't have a proper sleep!

I kinda had a feeling that 0 syns was too good to be true! Ah well! It was a good not too strict treat :rolleyes: how're you getting on?
 
First three days back on plan as I can't use the excuse of "recovering from the op" for staying off plan 4 weeks after! Weighing into group saturday and concentrating on that next half stone. Just started my period this week which is always a challenge to stay on plan with that going on! Should get extra syns that week :) Surprised me as I was told to expect to miss a couple after having the ovary removed and all settles down. Still umming and ahhing about going for IVF but they wanted to wait a few months before referring to see what the cycles do, I guess then repeat blood tests to check I'm still ovulating. How did your fertility appointment go?

Oh wow hope your recovery has been ok! Definitely worth going for IVF but I'd give it a few months for everything to settle! Mine was fine, just advised to lose weight and get BMI below 35 but I'm aiming for 30 at the mo and once I'm down then will ask to be referred back if still no prego eggo!

I had put on a kg on Saturday morning so had a bit of a strop and a lax day. Feeling rubbish today so probably just eat simple stuff. Meh! Hopefully my Chinese will kick start me for the start of the new week!!!
