Felt really sick this morning and have done really all day so had a light breakfast.

Been a very snacky day today! Still feeling a little sick. Been out in the garden this afternoon though and had some fresh air!

May 24th 2016 - TUESDAY - day off

Trout is delicious, but I never seem to cook it right :-(

I find wrapping each fillet in foil, with a slice of lemon, and salt and pepper and oven bake on a tray for 20-25 mins on 180 is perfect! Until it's JUST cooked, it's delicious.

  • 3/4 of a chicken, goats cheese, red onion and fennel pizza

I had such a lovely day sitting in the garden in the sun then out for tea. Today won't be much bigger good wise but it's a lovely day so I'll make the most of it!

It's so disheartening when you haven't been off plan long and get a huge gain- fear not, fast on fast off as they say. A lot of it will be retained water if you're anything like me, so fingers crossed a fair bit shifts at next WI :)

Hi Rosie, thank you for the message! Hoping it comes off nice and quick, I'm religiously sticking to plan! I usually do get a good loss after a cheat!!

I have booked a holiday in July too, so even more determined now! Would like to be below 90kg before I go!

  • Tsp tomato and chilli relish (0.5)

  • Cherry activia frozen yoghurt (put a few tsp on a plate in the freezer so they're like buttons!)
An absolute life saver in the heat we've had today!

Dinner - 1.5

  • Roast chicken thighs and potatoes in gravy of stock, balsamic vinegar and tomato purée, lemon slices, red onions and thyme (from July 2016 SW mag!)
  • Massive side salad
  • Tbsp balsamic glaze (1.5)

That is A LOT of food! But feel I've stuck well to plan even with my never ending hunger!

Cheeky weigh in this morning and I'm back down to 94.5! Phew! Even after eating what felt like the earth yesterday! Hoping for another kg off by Monday weigh in :cool:
