Bless u hun x i cant imagine doin nights, it must hav really sent ur body out of sync x but i spose u need to try n get bak into sleeping at a normal time but then again shud u just sleep wen ur tired, hav u just tried a nap for around an hr around 6, then havin an alarm then staying up then goin to bed around 10? X
