Well todays been the first day ive eaten 'proper' ... So ive done SF ....

Breakfast
Bacon butty (2 ww bread, 3 medallions)

Snack
2 toast & ls jam

Tea
slow cooked chicken, home made gravy, home made wedges and peas

Snack
Egg custard & strawberries ( egg custard is SF )

I dunno, the one i use is no added sugar .. so ive taken it upon myself to eat it on toast coz i hate sticking to the rules

There's a 0pp jam recipe on my recipe thread there girls. Only thing is it doesn't last too long so only really any good if u eat allot if. Or if there's more than just u eating it....

Hmm I wouldn't eat enough to make it but I have a no added sugar jam at work that might be nice on a toasted WW bagel
