Nooo, wen u join the meetings you get an online login too which tells you syns of nearly everything! its grreaaaattt!! Oh bless ya, just treat each day as a new day and start again ;) ... why dont u give sw a go? maybe u need a change xx

I am considering it I'm not really in a frame of mind for change tho at the mo. Gonna see how you do first :p, nah I'm gonna WI and measure on the 17th March and see what the results are and decide then.

I wouldnt go off me ... esp with my thyroid issues, my weight loss will be super slow lol ... :rolleyes: ... if your a fan of eating lots then sw is sooo you ... im never hungry and i never feel deprived ... im glad i cant snack on crisps n choc .... makes u feel good .. on ww you could eat choc all day with yer points :eek: xx

Oooo, forgot to mention i now have 8 days OFF work then 1 in and another 2 days OFF :cool::cool::cool::cool::bliss:

Trying my wedding dress on saturday ... sadly with no bridesmaid :eek: ..... ah well ....... **** happens!!

I've decided what to do:) there's a free SW app which gives you a whole weeks menu including snacks I'm gonna keep on WW till I WI on the 16th March then I'm gonna record my weight then follow the SW app for a week then decide what to do judging by the results.

Lush shoes, my feet are too fat, ugly and gross to ever wear anything that lush. There soooooooo pretty:)

Bet they aint Tracy ;) ive got rank feet ... a black toenail from running and a scar from a diabetic foot ulcer that looks like the scream mask ..... :eek: hahaaaa :p
 
Todays diary ..

I dunno where the times gone but ive struggled to fit food in today not like me really ....

Breakfast
Baked beans, 2 eggs & lots of cherry tomatoes

Then ..... i was busy aaalllll day and had my

Dinner (at 6pm )
Batchelors beef savoury rice mixed with a can of sweetcorn & lots of peas

made some syn free rice pudding and had a bowl ( needs a bit of tweeking, think i added too much nutmeg)

Then i went to the gym and ran 3 miles on the tread mill and according to the machine i walked up 800 steps ... so i burnt 500 cals altogether

Had a banana

Tea (had very late)
Slimming world chips, can of mushy peas and an egg with a tbsp of tommy k (1 syn)
followed by .. a frozen mint choc mullerlight with a treatsize flake (3.5 syns)

Healthy extra A = skimmed milk
Healthy extra B 1 = 2 x alpen light
Healthy extra B 2 = Fibre plus cereal bar
 
Wow :D enjoy this weekend.. don't even let her creep into your head.. u will look brill in your frock and the shoes are fab! xx
 
Loving those shoes hon. You're doing great on SW looks like?! Thanks for your advice and support lately too, dunno what I'd do without you lot keeping me sane lol xx
