I've lost 22lb, I need to loose 30 more to get me to 9stone 7 but I might stop at 10stone. I'm not sure if 9.7 is realistic or not.

Thats well good !!!! well done you .... :D depends how u feel at ten stone ... plus the last few pounds are sooo hard to loose ... wait n see xxxxx
 
Im going for a curry all you can eat buffet ....... anyone no how i should point this food ... bare in mind, im a fussy eater so prob just stick to the meat curries, and the mild ones too ... haha !!!!! cant be doin those hot ones ......... :eek:

Of the top of my head ....

a potato slice thing
a chicken drumstick
teaspoon of chick peas
a samosa

tbsp of korma
tbsp of lamb korma
tbsp of madras
tbsp of chicken somert else (spicy)
2 tbsp of rice
quarter piece of naan bread

small slice of choc fudge cake
a scoop of blue icecream (lol)

I am about to run ... and im playin netball on tuesday ... so thats over an hour of running .... do you recon i could be sneaky and just take off like 10 weeklies .... lol ? !!

Says in pocket guide that a scoop of ice cream is 4 pp! unless it was some kind of special ice cream xx
