Sorry ladies ive been MIA .... always sooooooo busy during the week ..... ... just played a bad ASS match of netball and someone stood on my brokeded toe ouuuuuccchhhhhhhhhhh ..... on the plus side i hopefully burnt some bad ass cals .... as i was ringin wet at the end .....

Ive not posted a diary in aaaages ......

so here goes ..

Today

Breakfast
milk allowance = 3
2 x toast .. 1 slice with Marmite, 1 slice with peanut butter = 5

Dinner
Tuna pasta salad made with 80g cooked pasta, salad and tuna = 5
french fries = 2

Tea
morrissons crustless quiche = 7
2 tesco cheese and bean fingers = 3
40g rice mixed with veggies = 4

I also have a whoppin 24 weeklies left ... and yep Frances, ive not been doin too bad ......... well, somedays anyway thanks for droppin in

Im havin quite a tough time at the moment, with my mum ...... its breaking my heart .. basically to cut a long story short, my cousin and my mum have always been close ...... and i thought nowt of it in the past but then she had a baby and my mum acted like she was my cousins mum (even tho her sister lives 2mins from my cousin) .. so in the past iv let things go, like cancelling on me coz shes too tired from lookin after my cousin ( bare in mind my cousin has a partner too ) ... but sunday was the final straw ... we were suppose to go to my wedding venue for a bridal fayre - it was mainly so my mum can see my venue dressed up .................. she cancelled on me coz my cousin had given birth to her 2nd baby the night before ................ but surely your daughter is your priority right? and definitely her wedding ....................... ?? i dont no what to do ... i spoke with my mum that evening and told her how i felt .. all she said was my cousin was her priority that day and that with me would 'try' ....... its my wedding and now im not even bothered about it, coz noone else is i feel like giving up tbh ... sorry to rant ladies but i feel like a big ball of stress is just growin like a balloon and soon its guna pop .... Aaahhhhhhhh !!!!!

Oh hon that does sound seriously unfair. I wuld definitely be put out if my Mum did that to me and seemed to be treating a cousin or someone as their own daughter. Its not fair. Why is your cousin her priority? If thats her priority, she needs to get them straight I think! Recently went to a wedding fair with my sister (for ideas for her wedding) and me, my 2 sisters and my Mum all went!? Thats what ya do, i think! It wasnt right to ditch you like that... surely she isnt going to sit in the hospital all day every day with your cousin so she should spare a few hours even for the fayre?? I dont understand it but I understand you must feel very let down hon. Dont let it put you off your wedding day... Its an important day for you and your partner!! Thankyou Sarah ... i really dont get it all tbh .....?? i mean she knows more about my cousins wedding than mine coz she came to my house braggin about it all once and i was like i dont want to know ...... i really just wish me and my partner had booked abroad now ... esp as im doin all this planning alone ... she never even asks about anything to do with my wedding .... my best mate came to see my dress with me ... my mum said she will wait til my wedding day to see it, yet everyone has their mum at their trying of their dress on ????? i cried for ages on sunday just thinkin about how little my family actually care about me ..... and i tell ya theres prob about 2 of them ... and that doesnt include my mum or my dad :sigh:

Aw Claire honey x u poor thing, I agree with all u Saying x surely ur mum wud want to b involved in ur wedding n b there for u hun it seems odd to me defo!
My step son is getting married in dec n I want to go look at everything even tho his girlfriend has her own mum to do stuff with I have said I will b pleased to do anything! My step sons mum lives abroad n is useless! I'm really interested in wedding things anyhow x but it were my daughter I wud want to be involved defo!
Hope she sees sense soon Hun but defo make her know how upset u r!

Thanks honey, everyone has sed the same as you, if it was my daughter id want to be in the front seat with her every step of the way ,,, but no, shes clearly not interested ... but, she knows im upset - this must be the 3rd time ive told her she keeps forgetting me and also the 3rd time shes said shes sorry and i will try harder in future ...... i mean if shes this bad with my wedding ... whats she guna be like wen i have children of my own .............. im worn out from stressin about it all xxxxx

Claire am sending the biggest virtual hugs possible.. That must be a horrible feeling.. A mother should (IMO) want to be there n involved in every decision about her little girls big day.. Can't imagine how heart breaking that must feel for you..
Are you her only girl? Not that it should make a difference..
She really needs to sort out her priorities n realise ur niece has a mother of her own to help her thru n that u (her daughter) need her right now.. Surely ur mam's sister is a little put out too by their closeness??

I'm only sorting out my 30th n my dad seems to hav no interest in even being there, and as much as I've told everyone I dont care if he goes, its actually really upsetting.. So I can't begin to imagine if it was an important day like my wedding..

And give yer fella a good swift kick up the ar5e to help ya with the organising xxx

Thanks Frances, much appreciated ... im her only daughter, i no what u mean tho, if she had other daughters then maybe she would have her favourite one, etc .. but no this is her only chance to be mother of the bride. and yep, i no for a fact that my cousins mum gets upset about it all, shes even told my mum about it ..... but still it continues ................. i really dont get it ..... and then ive got a tit of a dad, who doesnt give a sh!t about me or anything ... so its not like i can be like, yes atleast ive got my dad ....... ,,, ahhhhhhhhh!!!! I was deeply upset at my graduation last year too, they attended but that was it ... noone even bought me a drink as i assumed id atleast get a bit of a fuss ... but no, we went to the pub after it and i sat there with a coke i bought myself .. my poor fella felt so bad about it (the lack of celebration) that he went out n bought me a load of presents to make up for them lot .... so maybe i shouldnt be so suprised about all this????

and .. ya no what men are like ... all he goes on about is the bloody honeymoon LOL
