Have literally just uploaded to this pc this morning (in work) So will mail them to FB today at some stage.. x
They were brilliant..Am absolutely converted.. Just in time for them to break up ha ha!! x

Ohhhhh tracy, ive been trying to re add everyone, you must have slipped thru the net .. One of my good mates was deleted too and was really angry at me .. Cant believe they did this to me .. Deffo re add .. Ikea have to check carly is still my mate too as she was my mate on fb also xxx apologies xxx
 
Todays diary .. Day 30 of SF!

Breakfast - egg and bacon with ww bagel
Banana

Dinner/tea - chicken breast in tomato sauce, egg fried rice, carrot and suede mash

Pizza - used 9pp' s but I also earnt 5ap for a 3mile run & danced for 2hours at rihanna tonight .. Booom!

SF DAY 4
Todays diary so far ..
Breakfast (@ 12 pm)
2 bacon medallions
Fried egg
Spoonful of beans
2 x ww toast

This kept me full til just now ..
Dinner
2 boiled eggs & soldiers

Got a jacket spud in for tea ....

Then im off to play netball for an hour at bloody 9pm ..

Ive not snacked half as much as on pps .. So even if I dont loose weight I feel super healthy! Xxx

God breakfast sounds so lush!!!!! I'm sooooo hungry I'm sitting at my sons swimming lesson and the only food option would be rubbish, your food diaries just made me even hungrier:)

Hehe, sorry! I felt naughty eating it but it stopped snacking and its allowed ... I recommend SF if your planning on doing it ... swimming baths are notorious for vending machine goodies, I dunno how your avoiding temptation xxx

I'm annoyed with myself, I managed to avoid temptation at the pool and then came home and had crisps and a biscuity type bar................ what a dumbass! I was honestly so hungry, I had a poached egg on toast for breakfast then I met a friend at a soft play place and had half my daughters ham sandwhich but it wasn't enough. :(

Dont worry Tracy, it could have been sooo much worse ...... just make sure you have a better breakfast/dinner if it occurs again ;) .... or carry somethin in your bag to eat at the pool, a pack of pointed crisps or somethin ..... grapes would keep your sweet tooth going :cool:

Well heres todays SF full diary ... DAY 4

BREAKFAST -
2 BACON MEDALLIONS
FRIED EGG
2 WW TOAST
SPOONFUL OF BEANS

This kept me full til 5pm ..
so ..
DINNER -
2 BOILED EGGS
2 WW TOAST MADE INTO SOLDIERS

TEA - (somethin light as im off to netball at 9pm)
SMALL JACKET POTATO
FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE WITH PINEAPPLE
CLUB BISCUIT (3PP)
BANANA

Netball for an hour = 9APs + 5APs from the run & dancing yesterday = 14 APs altogether .. :D (ive eaten a couple of biscuits which ile say has been burnt off via netball)

After netball
WW BAGEL WITH HAM & FAT FREE SOFT CHEESE
MONSTER MUNCH (3PP)

SO, ive used 6pp today but not been hungry once ... 17pp/49pp left ;)

Cheers sarah .. Ive just had chicken and brown rice for tea .... Usually I still want something sweet or some crisps but im comfortably full and cant even eat my fruit .. Result! Xxx
