I haven't even looked at the list yet.. oops ha ha..
I only use brown rice and pasta anyway so I've gotten used to it :)
Dont like WW bread tho.. But u'v got 49pp to use over the week so its adaptable.. Porridge or cereal for brekkie during the week is my norm.. A nice grilled brekkie on weekends (going by Claire's diary there), I can do that.. Am hoping..

Claire, are u on my diary?? If yes, can you check over my my diaries when I post them and double check it for me?? When yer on like, I dont expect ya to be like a teacher and check my homework everyday lol.. (If no, can you join and do the above lmao?)

Of course I can look thru, always fancied myself as a teacher he he xxx

I dunno about this simply filling. That list seems very limited to me? Only WW breads (pretty much) and I hate WW bread. What about the pittas? Things like belvita instead of cereal? I dunno if I'd be able to stick to this properly going by what I eat now. Can't imagine eating wholemeal pasta and brown rice, yuck! Plus giving up my noodles!!

From the stuff ive read you can have ww bagels, pittas, petit pain & breads free to, along with crumpets xxx

Also you can have oatsosimple, shredded wheat for cereal.. Belvita is probably more biscuit thanks cereal so be pointed xxx

Ok... What is a crumpet exactly? Are they nice? Maybe I'm blind when I'm looking in the bread section lol.
Good news about the bagels and pittas, that'd be good for me! Its me dinner I'm worried about. Used to having noodles and pasta type things so that would have to change. I like the idea of a jacket spud though, mmm... X

Sarah, crumpets are amazing:) especially with marmite. hard to describe exactly what they are tho.

Claire, what could you have IN a jacket potato? And could you have one for lunch and dinner/tea?

Are crumpets the same as breakfast muffins/english muffins?

Now those are delicious! I doubt they're free for that reason lol. Crumpets are very "english" aren't they hehe. We have... Potato farls. I saw 5 different types of potato farls but no crumpets at the shop at lunchtime LOL!

No, unfortunately .. Crumpets look like them but have holes in the top ... Warburtons and hovis do them ..

Do they look like pancakes? Except with holes in em??

Wait. I looked it up. Thats a "Scotch" crumpet I'm thinking of (apparently). I think I've seen crumpets before somewhere... Must buy them in my weekly shop now if I plan on doing SF ;)

Seriously the word "crumpet" just makes me think of an English accent straight away lol. "That's a smashing bit of crumpet" lol! What is wrong with me!!
