Todays SF diary ... Day 5

Breakfast - 2 crumpets & fat free soft cheese
Dinner - jacket spud & beans
Tea - chicken, brown rice, veg in xtra light salad cream
Snacks - flaming hot monster munch (2 pp) biscuits (3pp) ww bagel & marmite
 
Tomorrows planned SF diary - Day6

Breakfast - slice of toast with marmite, oatsosimple

Dinner - tuna pasta, sweetcorn, fat free cottage cheese with pineapple
Crisps (2pp)

Tea - chicken leg, jacket potato, veg & gravy
 
Hey babe, from what I've read earlier I don't think a chicken leg is free on S/f I think it's just a breast. May be wrong though but I read it on a thread earlier:)

Sorry ive not been on sooner ....

So basically ... On SF you eat til you feel comfortable rather than uncomfortably full, heres a list of 'Free' foods

You eat what you like from the list, you must also add on 2 lots of healthy oils to your food .. eg, i use olive oil to fry an egg in ... etc ......
You still have your 49 weeklies for which you can use on what you like, add bits of pointed food to your free foods, etc .......

I hope thats ok ... ile try find the link for a better explanation ........ good thing about this diet is you rarely feel the need to snack like on pp's .. i was saving loads of points to eat crap rather than wholesome foods ...
 
It sounds good! Is it right that u can do sf some days and pp others?? And also can u only eat "free" stuff at 3 meals? Cx
 
Carly, ive taken info off here so im just learning off others activity hehe .... so i dunno about the free stuff for 3 meals .... altho it would be logical as otherwise you could have 20 slices of toast in a day ....... lol ......
Ive heard you can mix and match pps and sf ... apparently its all coming to light in jan 2012 .... so im guessin we will all find out eh .........
 
Fridays planned SF diary ...... Day 6 .. ALmost a week there ;)

Breakfast
small pot of baked beans
bacon medalions
fried egg

Dinner
shredded wheat with skimmed milk
fat free plain yogurt mixed with sweetener and pineapple

Tea
4 slices of ww bread
2 eggs mashed in fat free mayo
crisps = 2pp

Bit of an odd day for me as im on an 11am-9pm so i try to have a filling breakfast at 10am, then i get a 15min break at 1ish, then a second break at 5ish .............

Ile prob have a snack when i get in as a nurses job burns loaaaads of cals a day .... esp friday night :cool:

That's great Claire, thanks.. Will have a scout around on here as well to get as much info as I can.. Will have a nose in the book as well to see whats there but as far as I can remember there's not much..
Think I'll be happier on this.. I was forcing my dinners etc into me coz otherwise I'd have to deduct PP's from it (was feeling full halfway thru etc.. not just a little bit of meat!!) and was already struggling to use up all my dailies.. So at least I can stop when I'm full and be happy that I'm not cheating myself..
I take it I point any bought sauces etc yes? I think this cud be a walk in the park :D

How's all yer wedding prep going?? U got yer dress? Bridesmaids dresses? Venue? Ooh am getting excited for ya.. ha ha x
 
I dunno about this simply filling. That list seems very limited to me? Only WW breads (pretty much) and I hate WW bread. What about the pittas? Things like belvita instead of cereal? I dunno if I'd be able to stick to this properly going by what I eat now. Can't imagine eating wholemeal pasta and brown rice, yuck! Plus giving up my noodles!! :eek:

I only use brown rice and pasta anyway so I've gotten used to it :)
Dont like WW bread tho.. But u'v got 49pp to use over the week so its adaptable.. Porridge or cereal for brekkie during the week is my norm.. A nice grilled brekkie on weekends (going by Claire's diary there), I can do that.. Am hoping..

Claire, are u on my diary?? If yes, can you check over my my diaries when I post them and double check it for me?? When yer on like, I dont expect ya to be like a teacher and check my homework everyday lol.. (If no, can you join and do the above lmao?)
 
The grilled brekkie is good but I usually grab belvita or something during the week. I like the idea of having a glass of milk too. I dunno yet. Still debating it. I hate wholemeal pasta, the texture is just rank lol. And I love having my sharwoods noodles but I doubt they're counted on SF (even though I think they are really filling for only 6pp!) Hmm...

Sharwoods do wholemeal noodles too Sarah, so I'd say they count. And once you use the wholegrain pasta and rice for a while you get used to them. I used to mix half and half for a while till I got used to them, worked for me. Can't have them now though.

Hey, this diet will be great for you then . Ive found that I snack rarely now as I eat free foods such as jacket spuds, cottage cheese, crumpets for breakfast etc .. I use to eat lots of crisps and choc but rarely have this week! ... Have a go!

Wedding plans are coming along nicely .. My part is done, just awaiting the mr. to get his ass into gear! Lol xxx hope your well xxx
