You eat what you like from the list, you must also add on 2 lots of healthy oils to your food .. eg, i use olive oil to fry an egg in ... etc ......
You still have your 49 weeklies for which you can use on what you like, add bits of pointed food to your free foods, etc .......

I hope thats ok ... ile try find the link for a better explanation ........ good thing about this diet is you rarely feel the need to snack like on pp's .. i was saving loads of points to eat crap rather than wholesome foods ...

Just been looking at this, so are only egg whites free? That's how I see it on here anyway xx

Mmm I want curry. I had a bit of curry sauce on my chicken fried rice on Saturday. YUM! I want everything today lol. Just ate a flippin' Mars Bar cuz I was craving choccie soooo much... totm be GONE!!! Hoe do you keep the willpower hon? Mine seems to be slipping away more and more day by day!! :(

Thai curry is yummy, i recently discovered it myself! Really nice! You can make a lovely one at home with reduced fat coconut milk & curry paste from tescos! :)

Yeah I need to get my mind back into the right frame... I dunno whats wrong with me. I have no motivation for some reason. Which is worrying considering its so close to Christmas... hope i dont go mental!

Aye that was a few weeks ago so I'm running out of excuses now lol. The only one I can think of is "I'm a greedy mare" hahaha! I was thinking about simply filling but can't seem to get a good start at it because if peoples birthdays and stuff. Was thinking I'd start this weekend but then the OH wants us to go to dublin and get tgi fridays :eek: as our own personal xmas party cuz we're going to miss the one with work! Argh.
I will post the recipe... Although it isn't really a recipe because its all premade ingredients. I'll pp it for ya too cuz I can't even remember the pp in it now lol :) (it ain't healthy though :p) xx
