Well ladies im on nights this week ... Im determined to stick to SF ...
TDAYS DIARY ...
BREAKFAST (at 2pm)
2 ww PETIT PAIN with 4 bacon medallions
Snack
1 crumpet with sf jam
Dinner/tea
1 chicken leg
Brown rice with peas & sweetcorn mixed with instant curry sauce (1 pp)
Then for tea/supper at 3am ish I have ..
Jacket spud & beans
Fat free natural yogurt with sweetener
Options banana hot choc (1pp)
Not bad if I do say so myself xxxx
