Its taken me aaaages to lose that though Claire! So much so that no one even realizes I've lost weight because its that slow... Seriously! And I keep going up and down the same few pound now lol. We'll get there eh ;) x

Bless ya ... Yeah not many ppl have noticed my loss either coz its been so bloody slow .... 8 months to loose a stone lol. We can do this sarah .... We can we can xxx

Think that's how far I am from my "goal" too. Might not stop there though as can't imagine being happy with how I look. X

Aaww thanks, but what ive learnt is .... being a certain weight doesnt make you happy, i dont feel any happier now than i did a stone heavier .... enjoying life is the key, and being happy in yourself .... no matter what weight you are ....... ;):D big hugs xxx
 
Being overweight can make you miserable, but unfortunately as Claire says being slim doesn't make you happy either. It can make you a little less self consious and maybe a little bit happier with yourself, but you need to love the person you are. xx
 
Yeah. I dunno how to do that. I thought I'd feel a lot happier in myself being this size compared to when I started but it didn't work.

Todays sf diary

Bacon/egg butty

Cappacino cake = 3 pp

Chicken
Brown pilau rice
Peas

Cadburys low fat hot choc = 1pp
Half a ww bagel
Fat free plain yogurt with spoons of oats and sweetener mixed in

4 weeklies used ... 11 weeklies left .... Going frankie and bennies tomorrow so its a pp day =) xxx

Hiya hun.. Sounds like a yummy day yesterday.. And today sounds even yummier :D

Question.. Is it only WW bagels/bread etc that's "free" on Simply Filling or can I have wholemeal bagel/bread for "free"
And if its only WW bagels/bread, am I only allowed have a set amount per day for them to be "free"?
 
As far as im aware, its only ww ones ..... But theres the new plan coming out in jan, it may change ... Theres no set amount but .. You should be aware not to eat too much carbohydrates in a day ... for obvious reasons .. Most ive had in a day was two .. They pretty yummyyyyy hehe xxxx
 
Yea see I dont like the WW bread.. Would only have bread with a sandwich at lunch time. And then wotever bread r pasta I have with dinner but it is all wholegrain/hi-fibre.. And the bread I eat is quite low as well.. (only 3pp for 2 slices) I know its not really about the cals with carb intake tho..
 
Oh well they say you can use ww or any calorie controlled bread .... So maybe yours will be ok? =) xxxx
