Had some mini treats yesterday .. 2 mini flap jack bites and 2 mini brownie bites ... Nom! , but followed sf all week still .. Off for a gingerbread latte now ... Been craving one all week =)

Well done your doing so well! I know how hard it is at work the nurses office seems to always have treats in! I've resisted a lot to so I can have a treat tomo the only thing that has let me down is alcohol but I've made better choices there. We all need our motivation back!

Thanks =) well someone went to sainsburys and bought crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cakes and sweets yesterday .. We were mega busy .. Sooo many ill patients so didn't get chance to eat hardly any ... Lol .. So rather pleased with myself. Im guna have some boooooze tonight =)

4 champagne flutes of bucks fizz
2 disarano & diet coke
3 champagne flutes of rose wine
1 glass of baileys
2 mulled wines

Bit of turkey
4 homemade roasties
Homemade gravy
Stuffing
3 mini sausage rolls
2 pigs in blankets

4 profiteroles
6 mini doughnuts

We put letters in an envelope n had to pick one. Whatever letter we got we had to buy gifts with that letter to a limit of EUR50! Keep it cheap coz he went mad on me for my birthday n coz we're saving for a house... So I got.. White gold dimante ear rings, headphone ear muffs. An egg challenge set. N an envelope ha ha.
Got perfume n money vouchers etc too from others n a new set if snow tyres for my car!! My nct is due n tyres were bald n as my bro is a tyre fitter n a bit obsessed he got me them
Ipod touch is deadly isn't it? Jono got be one last year in sales. I love it. Hardly ever use the laptop now x

That is a well good idea!! .... And them gifts are well nice considering it was pot luck ... =) ... I love my ipod touch ... Im still finding new things it does ... Eeeeeeeeeee!

I need advice actually, right I bought my best mate a 50 quid westlife ticket months ago for xmas .... Off her I got a jumper .. And a tin of ..... Chocolates?? Shes known me sink I was 12 so she knows im diabetic ... Do I say something or shut up sounding so ungrateful? Its made me feel very unloved coz the chocolates are something she knows I shouldn't have ...... Xxxx
