Sophie's Slimming World Diary (Friends welcome, I'm a newbie ♥)

Just thought i'd pop a note on here to say well done on your losses so far - and your diaries are looking good.
I joined SW 4 weeks ago (tomorrow is my 5th weigh in) and i started really well (6.5lbs off in 2 weeks) but the last two weeks i STS and then gained 0.5lbs, and i am not really sure why! so looking for diaries to keep me inspired and on track :D

Keep up the good work :)

My first week i lost 5lbs, 2nd i lost 2.5lbs, then last week i lost 1.5lbs so its really slowed up. Are you eating all your syns everyday or saving them up to use at the weekend? I've had bad weekends and have used mine then and more so actually! Some people say if you STS or gain cut the syns down. Have you been doing the same things you did in the first week? x
 
Me too, it's like my favourite food :( excited to hear about the SW pizza! I'll be drinking on Saturday night too, so I'll have to plan that in somewhere, definitely.

Here's how today went -

Breakfast - Apple
Lunch- Apple, Banana, Babybels (HexA)
Dinner- Veggie Lasagne (peppers, onions, pasta sheets, chopped tomato, garlic, white sauce (5 syns) , SW free chips and salad (1/3 superfree)
Kinder Egg (6 Syns) 4 chocolates in work for a friend's birthday (4 syns)

Again it was the chocolate that let me down a bit here, I really need to sodding wean myself off it! The work chocolates I didn't even enjoy...I'll remember that next time!

I had a migraine last night, after talking about them on the other thread - how spooky! Went to sleep at half 6 and woke up at 6 this morning. Still feel groggy but at least its mostly gone. Didnt get to go to my zumba class though :(
 
Just did it (Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1 - YouTube) - hardcore! Enjoyed it even though i will hurt tomorrow!

Ooh yes I'll definitely give this a try! I'm the same...wouldn't want to do it with my boyfriend watching (he'd find it hilarious I'm sure!) so will do the same, either before work or on Sunday when I'm off :)
Let me know how your SW pizza goes if you still try it today :)
 
Right heres todays meal plan:

B - None (oops)
L - 2 boiled eggs, 1 wholemeal roll (HexB), banana, grapes
D - smash pizza with 30g cheese (HexA) peppers, onion, lean ham & salad (cucumber, lettuce, peppers, pickled onions)

0 syns unless i put extra cheese on the pizza but i wont know that until i make it later :)
 
oh, i had 2 syns for butter on my roll, forgot to add that x

Mmm that sounds really nice! I'm stuck in work, boo :( I just saw your post about the migraine, hope you feel better now. I don't think I've ever had one but I imagine they are awful. Toying between either Mexican or jacket potato for dinner tonight, really can't decide!
 
I rarely get them but when i do they come on quick and i just have to go to bed. Felt groggy when i got up this morning but feel fine now, i think it was caused by an overload of cheese and chocolate at the weekend which i've really cut down on in the last few weeks.

I added a blog entry today which shows pics of me that made me want to do something about my weight. Looking at them makes me so sad but i'm happy knowing that i dont look like them anymore because i've lost weight since the pics were taken. Definite inspiration to not get back to that size again!

I really fancy fajitas at the moment but i'll have to look up the syn value :/

I'm not sure how I can view your blog, could you post a link? And when I do them, I was thinking of doing them like enchiladas with butter beans, peppers, onions, spices and tortillas, maybe using the cheese as a syn? I'm so bad at figuring out the best SW way to do things but I'm a bit crap! Could a tortilla count as a HexB?

You know what, it wasnt that bad. Dont get me wrong it was painful but not as bad as i expected. However i may change my mind when i get up in the morning and cant move!
