Hi Rachel - welcome - I think 2lbs a week is a healthy, realistic target, good luck for the week ahead xI would love to lose as Mich as possible by July 1st as we are off on our first family holiday (shhhh, kids have no idea, its a big surprise!)
I think I could realistically lose about 2lbs a week, I think some weeks could be more or less. But, based on 2lbs per week in 16 weeks that would be around 32lbs.
Let's face it though, we are all human and I'm still due a maintain/gain, of course I hope to miss that out but I am going to a wedding and then a family meal for our mums birthday the day after. I will be good, no alcohol, but its a buffet! Lol.

Hi Iwant2beasize12 - I had around 8 stone to lose - its been a complete diet change for me - also been suffering with SAD/depression eating high cal/high sugar snacks is par for the course, only been calorie counting for 2 weeks so i expect next week i will drop to 1-2lb loss per week, here are my tips:How ru ladies gettig such high losses!!! :O tell me some pointerssss!! I have struggled to start for ages. Back on it seriously.noww.
