I even lost weight over Xmas. But I think fresh start now today and everything I eat I will weigh and add to my fitness pal and keep coming on here. Yeah I will add you. What is your username? X

I love the idea of added exercise on here or starting a new thread either way I'm joining! I make sure I walk to school everyday that's how I fit my walking in and its 30 mins each way so when I walk there twice a day that's 2 hrs of walking, sometimes I walk to shops on the way back so its even longer!
Course it isn't welcome bekxx - we also have a fun exercise challenge running alongside if you are interested - exercise can be anything from a slow walk to climbing ben nevis!

Im on mfp, same name as on here, it would be lovely to have some motivation on there too. I used to have one but i stopped it when I had a bit of a break but now Im back (for good this time I hope!!) i might try and dig it out.
