Hiya Susie - good on you for giving the accountants the flick. Hope you save loads by changing. And it was a great day to get home early - did you catch the last of the sunshine? And is it your househunting weekend coming up?

Got a spray tan today for the dinner dance Friday - now there's an experience. Still haven't dyed the extensions even though it's only a half hour job - haven't sat down today until now! (And obviously seeing masterchef is MUCH more important than me sporting three different colours of hair at a stupid night out!)

Morning all

Sorry for not being on yesterday, busy day at work, then Midsomer last night - and yes Bren it is Harvey the Wonder Dog!

It was OK, a daft plot - but then they always are - and overshadowed by the news yesterday that producer Brian True May has had to resign because of his awful comments about Midsomer not having black people in it (stupid man!). Just got my 2011 annual get together programme for June - should be fun Let me know if any of you are as daft as me and want an idyllic weekend in lovely Oxfordshire villages!

Another lovely sunny day here, really looking forward to the coast on Saturday if it's like this!

Should be good news for me for WI tomorrow too - had a sneaky WI this morning and lost 7lbs Had my first shake for brekkie (on the bus) and I think it is going to work out really well - mocha latte mmm. Also left one at work in case I get hungry. And have got a pitta with roast beef, cheese and lettuce for lunch - could be the making of me!

Oh Susie, that's some loss for you! I think going to Brum was good for all of us. Chilli vodka must speed up your metabolism. Or something.

Sounds like you've got your menu sussed too. I really can't do shakes any more after my nine weeks on lipotrim - the thought alone is enough to make me retch.

I feel the same about Exante and am once again considering it. I just find each time is harder than the last and while I'm still on the pills I don't think I can handle not having food to combat nausea. I also don't want to lose my hair again as the regrowth is visible now.

MORNING sorry to shout but am feeling on top of the world today.

Great loss for me this week (just shows what I can do when I try hard) and the weather is lovely, always makes me feel good when it's like this (not too hot). Meeting a bunch of friends tonight, then a spring cleaning weekend and maybe just lazing about yaye!
