Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

I feel the same about Exante and am once again considering it. I just find each time is harder than the last and while I'm still on the pills I don't think I can handle not having food to combat nausea. I also don't want to lose my hair again as the regrowth is visible now.
I was lucky with my hair but I know that it would put me off too if it was a problem for me.
How much longer on your pills now?

About 3 weeks I think. I can't believe it's just not improved at all. I've got a prescription today for the lower dose and she was amazed that I got through this week and didn't cave!

Hi Susie - hope you are having a great evening:)

Hi Bren, hope the weekend has kicked off flowily!

Hi Lisa, i'm here (but only for bit)

Xxx

Afternoon (almost) lovelies

Fabulous night - about 30 people, all talking nonstop about the old days, dancing and a few wines were had too! But i resisted ALL food despite it looking (and smelling) lovely!

Most of them are now in central London at the rally - but I'm content with watching tellie and eating fried eggs on a pitta bread nom nom :)

Afternoon Susie :D

Sounds like a great evening and well done ignoring all that yucky food lol

We just had pittas for lunch too - filled with chorizo rapido. Lush :)

Afternoon from me too Susie!
Been outside doing a mini service on Martys Pajero, the oil and filter is the last thing to do so I have just come in for a cup of tea and surf ;-), while the engine oil is draining.......

I had a nap today Susie - first for a long time, I was just commenting to OH the other day that I haven't felt the need since doing low carb eating! And today's was simply because I had less than 5 hours sleep due to getting in after 2am. :D

Fabulous loss, it's always great to see the scales moving in the right direction, and that big a loss is a real confidence booster, isn't it? :)

happy monday susie!

Morning Team Atkins :)

Despite the grey start, am feeling reasonably chipper - and am going to lose HEAPS this week :) even going for a walk at lunchtime :)

B - chocolate shake, vitamins and soya latte
L - tuna pate, 1 mama lupe tortilla and green salad with olive oil dressing
D - chilli mince with cabbage yaye
S - bacon strips; chicken pieces
W - 2 litres
E - walk
A - none

Love the shakes, they might be a bit £ but boy do they make life easier!

Enjoy your day, all xx

Everything's better when the old solly shines, as Pop Larkin would say :)

Must say, I'm liking the whole tuna pate/low carb pitta concept, very tasty, but expensive in terms of carbs - 4 for the pitta and about 3 for the pate, might make my own in future (or do tuna mayo), especially as I'm having salad with it.

you enjoying your pittas love?

Mmmm yes, but like the wraps best. Also love the shakes, going make life a lot easier as the weather gets better (rather than reheating an omelette!) :)
