Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

Morning and good luck Sisie

LOL you calling me a sissy, Jimbo?:D

Miracles - am home at 5pm!!! We got to pack up early, and I am soooo happy about that, can't take all this exercise! :)

Also good news, got a second interview for the British Academy, will be between me and one other, so one at 12 noon and this 2nd one at 3.15pm - busy afternoon. Luckily I like schmoosing :D:D:D

How's everyone's day been?

Morning gorgeous - glad all is on a roll. Know you will ace the interviews;)
Xxx

Morning all

I have arisen after a mammoth sleep and feel wonderfully refreshed (and my feet don't hurt anymore :)), so am having a peaceful cuppa and a catch up here.

All went well with the BBC event, so it's a nice way to finish my contract.

Not much happening here today, Mr Tesco is delivering the fortnight's food at 5pm so will get in the kitchen and make up some meals. I've ordered some raspberries - first fruit since August - but after doing Induction (on and off) for nine months, I thought I would start introducing a few more carbs to help keep me more on the straight and narrow - up to 30g a day. Sound like a plan?

B - bacon and eggs, two teas with soya
L - roast beef and egg salad
D - going to try the coconut chicken
W - 2 litres
E - housework
A - no

Sounds like a fab plan Suse... higher carbs actually works better for some people. xx

Hiya Susie, sounds like a great plan. I've also adjusted my regime a bit - sticking to 20 carbs but trying to have some raspberries or strawberries within that several times a week. Also adding a few little tomatoes (the veg!) to my salads. Need to keep myself interested for the long term.....;)

My thoughts exactly, Katie :)

Also got some tortillas on the way from Avidlite (been out of stock for AGES on LCM!) so that makes lunches much easier and allowable in my new carb level.

Well I am happily content after a change of menu, I ordered so much from Mr Tesco that I had to cook the big things that wouldn't fit in the fridge lol, so it was roast chicken with low carb gravy and steamed cabbage and leek. Delish!

But have saved some room for chocolate cream cheese...or raspberries and double cream - oh the dilemma :)

PS - had the raspberries, strangely not as yummy as I had imagined - but the cat enjoyed a bit of cream :)

Glad you found the wagon x

Morning Susie love

Hey - shift up a bit. Need to get my bum on that seat with you:)

Morning Jimbo and everyone

Had an hilarious start to the day, came out onto the patio to find the wind during the night had caused it be showered with men's underpants :D - been a while since that happened LOL.

So there I am in my PJ glory, sipping a cup of tea and trying to wake up, when the owner of said undergarments comes down the fire escape, full of apologies and not seeming to notice that I had no bra on and looked like I hadn't brushed my hair for days - think he was just so embarrassed :D:D:D

LOL Susie :D

Actually he was quite cute :) But my gaydar was telling me he's not a ladies man :)

Have withdrawn from the interview today, they are playing silly beggars and changing the role...! So am going to stick with two days a week here for a little while and see what comes up.

That's a shame Susie, why were they mucking about I wonder?
