After being awake since 4.30am (hayfever, bloody thing) and rushing down to the coast, I just had the loveliest nap on the couch Pure bliss.

Morning all

Lovely day here, been up since 8 eek easing myself into the day with 2 cups of tea and a fab long chat with my best mate (she's in NZ), then a bit of housework and laundry, got my lovely foot doctor coming around in a couple of hours, then cooking for the week - interspersed with a bit of tellie and playing with the cat

Just found a great quote - "Dogs have owners, cats have staff" - ain't that the truth!

LOL had a cat nap - lasted about 5 minutes because the cat then sat on my face ewwww charming....

So I've been slaving away over a hot stove while said cat sprawled on the sofa, fast asleep

Good to see her so relaxed though and I had a good look and wonder if the fleas/scratching might actually be a skin allergy or excema - so we're off to the vets next Saturday.

Anyway, about to tuck into my new favourite, herby spicy meat balls and tomato sauce, with asparagus spears on the side
