LOL Di I had no choice - either get stuck in or worry about the health inspector closing my flat down. Domestic goddess I ain't!

Am seriously considering a cleaner for the new flat! Hang the expense

I actually got a quote for a cleaner during the week! lol! Was £140 for a full spring clean, £30 for my carpet, and then £30 a fortnight for a cleaner to come round once every 2 weeks for 2 hours.

So £230 for my first month, then £60 thereafter. Cant justify it to myself, so away back to do some more cleaning!

I've done both the bathrooms, so thats a start lol!

2 hours every fortnight? Blimey I think even I do more cleaning than that lol

lol! Same. It was from £27 a week if I wanted 2 hours a week. So, £108 a month for a cleaner to come round once a week. Just unsure if I can justify the expense!

Ok so now I'm feeling VERY virtuous!

I have made up gift packs for my three friends tonight, using up gift boxes and wrapping paper, and regifting things like scarves, soap and jewellery. Pretty, eh? And clears the cupboard of a few more bits I don't have to move

Well blow me over with a feather! I decided to make today my official WI, to inspire me for the week to come - and I have STS'd!!!

After a hugely alcoholic week!!!

I've been reasonably OK on the food front, although a few Atkins bars and some cheese crept in....so I am amazed!
