Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

Morning lovelies!

Was wonderful to see the gang last night - and we all ate well and talked our heads off - and swapped clothes, big thanks to Di for some lovely new things!

Flying visit today, my workload is about to double eeek - but I'll try and catch up properly over the weekend.

And I'm half Scottish so i need to come to the Scottish meet too! :D

Love you all xxxx

Afternoon Susie, missed your post on the 2lb loss yesterday so just wanted to say well done, definitely on the move again in the right direction. You look like you had a blast too :D xxx

I am sitting here feeling very sexy - thanks to Di's grey, light as fairy lace, jumper (now mine, and no you can't have it back lol) - I LOVE it, it's cut across the neck so no cluttering up of wool and chin fat.

Also experimenting with the no sulphite wine, which is going down a treat. No repeating, hiccups or sneezing so far - getting a bit tiddly, this is not non-alcoholic stuff - but I do feel good - without all the side effects. New labelling idea - happy.com :D I know Claire, it's not new :D

Going to bed in a couple of hours or so - will report back on whether there is a hangover or not. Unless I get sozzled and drink and post LOL.

In the meantime, am watching David Attenborough (who has suddenly seemed sexy to me...wtf) and re-friending Orbit, who is not happy with me...

What you done to Orbit? I am a bit sozzled and have very red and sore eyes from burning a box of rubbish on the chimenea - I am spelling that so badly!!!!

Hi Susie, the wine sounds very interesting, do you need to order it on line?
Hope your head is ok in the morning! :)

Your spelling is perfect, Bren - as are you xxx

Normally I close her gateway to the outside, the bathroom window, by 10pm - beause of the foxes. If I come home after then (and I have studied this) Orbit gets the hump and stays out until 12 - like a combination of cranky partner/naughty child. Like mother, like daughter? :D

Hi Sandra love - it is ordered on line from goodwine.co.uk - more £ but it depends what you want for yourself xxx

Morning Susie... Wine sounds like its a perfect tipple now for you? Well done!

Hope the day isn't too frazzled?! Xxx

Morning Susie. Nice experiment you've got going there! I find open bottles of normal wine are good for 3 days max. As they're a bit £££ you don't want to waste any so your challenge, should you choose to accept it is to empty the 3 that you sampled. Day 2 today, the clock is ticking lol xx.

Here here... Dish the wine goss!! Xx

Afternoon lovelies

Things are a bit nuts at work, the marketing manager is leaving today and they haven't found interim cover yet, so we are dividing the work up between us eeeek!

Wine report - I invited a friend over and we sampled all three - a pinot noir from NZ, an Argentinian chardonnay and their best selling range called SoLo - a red. The wines all tasted like wine and all went down a treat (but yes there is some left lol). I didn't sneeze once and don't have blocked sinuses today, which is a real result, and tells me I have a bit of a sulphite allergy. My mate does get a sore head the next day no matter how much she has to drink and she has reported back that she has a slight dullness but no headache.

We kind of forgot that it was still alcoholic and both got a bit tipsy - and it does pack a bit of a punch :D I'm just not sure if it's worth the extra £ or not.

How's everyone today?

Hello Susie... Think you need to start a wine blog! Lol cxx

Morning Susie, DH and I got tipsy on a bottle of red last night - we are definitely cheap dates:D
Have a great weekend
Xxx

Morning all

Had a fabulous sleep in, only just up really and coming to with a nice strong brew. Dire weather here, the heating is back on, so it's staying in for me today - and catching up on all your news :D.

Mr Tesco comes about 1pm so this afternoon I'll be making some bread (should be interesting, never done it before!) and cooking up some soup, I think.

Have a good day, all.
