A lovely relaxed day yesterday, thanks - and an Atkins Xmas dinner, who would have thought it!
Gorgeous Sainsburys Just Cook Mini Pork Belly joints with caramelised apple stuffing (2 in a pack, 8g carbs the lot) with cauli mash and oh my it was lovely. Highly recommended!
But the rest of the break has been appalling foodwise - bread, pizza, chocolate and so on...Not been bad on the wine, apart from one very drunken evening out with the neighbours - stayed up until 5am talking complete nonsense on FB messaging to an old uni mate in NZ who fancies me and therefore puts up with my ramblings
The carbfest will continue until New Year, when (like millions of others) my new plan will spring into action! Back on induction, and then up the carb levels when I get bored and start craving things like oranges - coupled with EXERCISE. Gulp! Yes ladies, the world's laziest person is going to start a walking plan. A lovely work friend, who does personal training as a sideline, is going to make me go walking, and won't put up with any of my excuses, although she will make allowances for my sore feet.
I've mucked around with l/c for two years, losing and gaining, and I'm now at my heaviest ever. Time to crack the whip or I'll end up in the Daily Fail having to be airlifted out of the flat by a crane!
