We're off into town to watch rugby with another family in a very busy bar shortly - there will be alcohol involved as we have hoodwinked the boys into driving. Will report back later.

Afternoon all! Was up early this morning after a huge night's sleep - but feel like I could do with another nap now!
Just back in from getting the keys back from the tenant - thought she was going to be a pain, but she was OK. Glad it has been sorted out without acrimony...Solicitor tomorrow to get the conveyancing started, and then I can relax about the flat for a while.
It has started pouring here (again grr) so could be an afternoon in the company of Jessica Fletcher (Murder She Wrote). I've seen them all a million times so one more time won't hurt. Just watched one that claimed to be set in Oz - the fake accents had me howling with laughter

Ah Julz, my godfather (Gerard Murphy) plays DCI Bracken in Taggart! Small world.
Susie, had an absolute ball watching the rugby, particularly as Ireland won (sorry Taz and other Scottish folks). Scootered now (that's Irish for mildly pished).

Another hectic day, but I had a big grin on my face all the way home, everything is great at the moment But it's so easy to get caught up in my own stuff, it's so interesting to hear about other people here and our ups and downs
