thanks hun x i drank a lot of the famous crystal punch today:D

all ive gotta say is youve got a lot of will power, i ate one of mine the minute it came out the oven lol because i couldnt wait.:eek:
i froze mine in individual freezer bags so i can have one per day! well thats the idea lol it never works out. never thought i could eat cheesy snack on a diet:p
 
Ok well ill tell the truth now . . . I didn't wait till it was coole tried to get it out straight away but cos it was too hot it broke into pieces so what a shame I couldn't keep that could I?! Def not . . . Straight in the gob! Yum xxx

morning all!! hope your all OK. today I'm a bit confused as what to eat, so I'm just gonna type up a menu and stick to it

B - cheese, tomato & spring onion omlette with creamy mushroom and avocado and a cup of herbal tea.

S - handful of roasted/salted almonds and 2 babybel cheese.

L - stirfried quorn mince salad 1tsp mayo with mini quiche.

D - red pepper stuffed with cheddar and spring onions with a side of steamed cabbage and avacado.

3 litres of water

it's Monday and im feeling it . . . :( boo!! hate Monday's

Menu looks good, cant wait to have my mini quiches for lunch - yum!!! my quiches look about the same size as yours too :) ooo creamy mushrooms im going to try this tonight i think. going to have pork loin steaks with roasted peppers, some leaves and then will cook mushrooms and add some cream and mayo to make a mushroom sauce - thanks for the inspiration :) xxxx

hey Em, i hate mondays too:sigh: its so tiring and the day just drags and drags but im ok otherwise . my breakfast was lovely and filling! i tend to have creamy mushrooms once in a while but i love them.

your dinner sounds so yummy,im actually thinking of other legal low carb menus to create so i dont get bored of eating the same things everyday.

its so good we can inspire eachother:D have a lovely day hun x

hi jim- mini quiche are legal, its a crustless one with simple ingredients like veggies, cheese, eggs and cream so its all low carb and a yummy snack. theirs a pic of it in my diary x

lol its almost lunch time, get ready to rumble! unfortunately I'm still too full from brekkie so im skipping lunch and il have it for dinner instead. xx
 
ooo see on Saturday i was sooooo full from brekkie i didnt have lunch. . . even though i wanted it lol! but wasnt hungry at all!! quiches were delish for lunch!!! thank you for showing me these beauts!! xxx
 
wow i just had the nicest day time nap for hrs abd woke up feeling fuller than i was lol, so not normal, it mus be all the protein im eating, well lunch will defo be a litre if good ole crystal punch. love this diet because on other diets i was constantly starving and was always wishing for my next meal to come.

so happy you enjoyed your lunch hunni, heres to dinner! lool x
 
omg sammmeeee!!! when i was on vlcd all i did was think right 5hrs till some solid food. . . . 4hrs till some solid food and then it would be o im having it now i cant wait!!! then it would be 3hrs till bed! lol STARVING! not on Atkins, its like ooo its lunchtime already! :D i cant wait for dins :)!

ooooo im jealous of your nap :(! im sitting at my desk and i swear if i did a long enough blink i would be asleep!!! boo hurry up 5pm is all i can say, home, dinner, bf's and sleep!!! lol

aww Em:mad: just a few hours and your out the doors!! thank god we're not on those kinda diets anymore, the worse thing is being miserable all day long! the only gd thing about vlcd is the quick weightloss and that flat tummy feeling we get in the morning lol, i had to take pics of my tummy because it felt so unreal lol.

hurry up 5pm so you can have your dinner and relax:D and bring on weigh day!! i feel positive about my weigh in on friday because ive been really trying to up my water intake and i think i got the right portion size now. x
 
o god i know. . . . 1hr 10mins! wahoo!! i know what you mean about the flat tummy! however, my tummy is still reasonably flat on Atkins. . . when i have bread or carbs however . . . . hello 6 month pregnant belly!! haha!

yer this is my proper 1st week as im calling it, so upping my water intake to make sure i have 3 litres a day, and also im thinking i have my portions correct. Was in the mind set that i need more veg on my plate than meat but on Atkins its like the other way round isnt it! lol so im making sure i have approx a cup of salad/veg with lunch and then whatever meat/chicken etc. Then a cup of greens with dinner and like half a cup to a cup of other veggies like peppers, mushrooms etc! and then however much meat! YUM!

yea, atkins is good when it comes to the flat tummy, thats where i see the difference the most!! my body absolutely hates carbs and god knows i hate the big pregnant belly i get when i eat it lol.

seems like youve got your week planned out well! its looking really good, eat those veggies but be careful you dont turn green lol. i really need to up my lunch time veggies too, i dont think salads have enough fibre in them as much as veggies.

hey em, thanks! i feel on track when i look at what ive eaten so i think the pics will b a regular thing :D
im feeling rather happy today and i dont no why that is lol. weather is absolutely a downer today tho, i went to the local shops and hurried back inside as its freezing out their.

however i saw something in my local costcutters that you might be interested in, its called "crispy pork crunch" its in the section where the mr porky is. it has absolutely no carbs 0.00 lol
