food plans for today

Brunch - meat free pepperami, handful of roasted/salted almonds, homemade cream of mushroom soup.


s - 3 babybels * oops*

D - green veggies and salmon with a creamy sauce.

will be drinking all three litres of water, i decided that i wont weigh in till next week to save myself the trouble as i did eat carbs on the weekend.

Jim - I love roasted asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil mmm yummy with my eggs. I used to eat this a lot even when I wasn't low carbing, I was never a person who was into bread, but I find that now I can't hav it that's when I want it lol. Hope your having a gd day.

Katie - I'm finding it so hard to not step on the scales, its just looking at me in the eye telling me to just step on it, but I'm still detoxing so I better jus wait until mid week where I no that I'll see a better result. Hope all is well with you x

Food plans for today

B - vegetable broth, handfull of roasted and salted almonds " so yummy"

L - home made veggie soup and 2 baby bells.

D - tuna steak, spinach, brocolli, cauliflower and homemade sauce.

S- jelly

W - will be drinking my usual 3 litres " I'm loving it"

lastnight me and the bf ordered chineese and i opted for stirfry veg and fish, so im proud of myself.

food today

B - roasted spicy salmon pieces on a stick, roasted almonds and 3 babybel cheese "oops, i had one too many"

L - cream tea.

D - quorn mince with grated cheddar cheese, green salad with cherry tomatoes, avacado,a boiled egg and mayo topped with hot sauce.

3 litres of water as usual.

Thanks guys! It was so tasty and it filled me up so I wasn't hungry at lunch so I thought I'd just have a lovely cream tea lol. Dinner was so lush! I finally had some mince which is different what I usually eat.

Today was so hectic, I spent about 5 hours in the kitchen cooking up a storm! Basically I don't have a lot of time on my hands to cook and tbh most days I'm tired from work, so I decided to cook every 3 days. I cooked up some lush dinners lol and even made mini sized mushroom, Peppers and spring onion quiche. It was my 1st attemt making the mini ones and I enjoyed it. Wish I could post a pic of them, I probably will when I figure out how to do it lol. So now dinners and snack are sorted for 3 days and all I got to do now is make a simple filling brekkie and lunch which shouldn't really affect me lol as I've got this plan where I want to have eggs and sausage for brekkie, and definately some kind of salad for lunch as I want a boost in this weight loss.
 
Sounds like you are all sorted Tamzy and good to go! Well done on all the preparation, a great idea. Nothing worse than coming home from work shattered and having to think about what to make for tea.

How are you? That's a great idea cooking everything now! I love it! Nice to have cooking days isn't it?! Could you pls pls pls pm me the recipe for the mini quiche?! Sounds amazing! Good for s snack or for with salads! Or let me know where you got it so I can google it

hey slaj - thanks! im really happy i dont have anymore cooking to do for the next few days as it can be hectic. i think this is going to be a continuous method as atkins will always be apart of my life. hope your having a great sunday hun x

hey Ems - i'm feeling great today, im having a propper lazy day, ive just had my brekkie and i'm here sipping on a glass of crystal punch " water lol" i figured if i gave it a nice name i might end up drinking a lot more of it even though the trips to the toilet at night times are interupting my sleep.
i'm going to post you the recipe for the mini quiche in a hot second:D it taste so much better the next day and yes its a great snack and if you add a salad to it then its an instant meal. hope your enjoying your day hun:) xx

You are so right to get prepared days in advance, preparation is one of the major success factors for me, although it doesn't always happen! :)

Preparation always works for me. If I go offtrack I'd be feeling guilty.

B - 2 boiled eggs, 2 spears of asparagus grilled in olive oil, tomato and 5 button mushrooms grilled and seasoned with a mini quiche " so yummy"

L - watercress salad with tomatoes.spring onion, avacado boiled egg. Cucumber, tuna and mayo sprinkled with hot sauce and chilli powder" so yummy"

D - tilapia fillet with spring greens with grilled tomato and red pepper stuffed with cheddar cheese. " Looking forward to this"

Will be drinking my usual 3 litres without force

Day looks good! I love the crystal punch! Such a gd idea haha! Just made the mini quiches look amazing!! Can't wait to have one tomorrow managed to get 18 out of the mix :) (small cake tins I think)
