I've decided that up until I go back to weight watchers, I'm going to track my food and log what I eat. I'm going to try not to be too bad but I need to ease myself back into it! Last week had literally taken it out of me haha!!! I have an Indian on Saturday night too so i want to enjoy that and we've bought a lovely chicken pie for Sunday dinner with roasted baby pots and lots of veg. I'll be back at weight watchers next thursday, not this Thursday but I'm going to begin tracking points after this weekend. Hopefully I won't see too much damage on the scales. I'll be back to the gym this weekend as well which I'm looking forward to but my body is saying no way right now hahaha x
