Yesterday was BBQ and alcohol fuelled! Lovely!! Had a big baguette for lunch too. Back to ww points tomoz, gotta get this back on track!!

I have one month exactly till my holiday tomorrow :D
This means it's a one month, hardcore diet and exercise smash.
From tomorrow, I'm pointing but clean eating as well. This means I will be using weeklies, but all on good foods. I'll have one cheat meal a week as well. Watch this space!!!

Weighed this morning after my horrendous WEEK! I'm 10st 4.5. Took measurements too which are WAY up!!
Arms 10.5/11
Thighs: both 23
Waist: 29 (eeeeek!!!)
Hips: 37 (eeeeeeek!!!)

Breakfast is a cranberry and raspberry tea an 3 boiled eggs

I'll have salad with the mackerel for lunch.

Dinner will be paprika chicken, with salad and a mixed bean salad on the side x

Before glasto I was 10stone!!!

Before I went away this weekend I was 10st 3.5 I think. Measurements are worse than the weight :/

3 boiled eggs and fruit tea

Banana and Brazil nuts

Mackerel salad an 2 tangerines

Paprika chicken and mixed bean salad with baby pots and chilli oil dressing

Greek yog/seeds/honey

No exercise as foot still hurts a bit, should be back to it tomoz x

Boiled egg

Snacks:
Orange
Cashew nuts

Lunch:
Smoked sausage/salad/tomatoes/mixed beans in mint dressing

Dinner:
Chicken breast in paprika, sweet potato baked, peas and broccoli
