Yesterday was BBQ and alcohol fuelled! Lovely!! Had a big baguette for lunch too. Back to ww points tomoz, gotta get this back on track!!

I have one month exactly till my holiday tomorrow
This means it's a one month, hardcore diet and exercise smash.
From tomorrow, I'm pointing but clean eating as well. This means I will be using weeklies, but all on good foods. I'll have one cheat meal a week as well. Watch this space!!!

Weighed this morning after my horrendous WEEK! I'm 10st 4.5. Took measurements too which are WAY up!!
Arms 10.5/11
Thighs: both 23
Waist: 29 (eeeeek!!!)
Hips: 37 (eeeeeeek!!!)
Breakfast is a cranberry and raspberry tea an 3 boiled eggs
Lunch:
Before glasto I was 10stone!!!
Before I went away this weekend I was 10st 3.5 I think. Measurements are worse than the weight :/
