Taz's diary - Need to do this!

:hide: Ok so I can't stay away from you all :ashamed0005:

Well it's Friday and bank holiday or not it's WI day! I also do my measurements every 4 weeks and today is that Friday. So here are the results: 1lb off, 3" off my bust, 3" off my waist and 1" off my hips!!!

I'm really pleased with the inch loss.

We have rejigged some things and we are going away later but only for one night. We have had to book a different hotel and forego breakfast and we wont be able to do some family things this month but hopefully we will scrape by and this wont dent the budget too much :fingerscrossed:

So pleased you are able to get away Taz - you deserve it AND you need it x

I'm not being drawn into the frog tape thing - I'm having enough trouble with my blue tree - its started growing leaves now x

Just noticed - I didn't say WELL DONE FOR THE 1LB - There you go, now I have x

Hi Taz, Just had a look thro' all your photos and first of all must say that lovely hair, - have always wanted long hair and yours looked soo beautiful. Guess you have had it all cut short now?
And the wedding dress was georgous as well ...

Haven't managed to find out why you are in a mess at the mo' am guessing a move? Anyway hope things soon get sorted as it's awful being upside down,
Have a good W/e ....:)
Hi Emmaline, thanks for your comments. I had my hair cut last year, first time ever! It's grown back a lot now but does need tidying up a bit. I loved that dress, fell in love with it the first time I saw it.

We are in a mess cus we had a leak from the flat upstairs and the owner took 3 months to fix it, in the mean time our ceiling fell down! So now it's all fixed and the ceiling has been replaced we are undertaking the mammoth job of redecorating!

Oh dear Taz! Fancy leaving it all that while and then to have the ceiling cave in!! Hope you are suing them.

Recently had my bedroom and bathroom decorated cost £400 nearly. Then leak in attic as council workmen had fitted wrong size ballcock to a double tank which went askew. So am about to procede with suing them as I have a big water stain in the bedroom and quite a large one in the adjoining hallway. This is the second time this sort of thing has happened and it took over two years last time to get any money out of them AND I had just redecorated my hallway with some very expensive wallpaper at the time.

All the best to you and hope you enjoy your break...:)

Ok, so maybe we should have just stayed at home! The room we were supposed to be staying in had a leak so they have us a different room which was a disabled room and smelled like an old peoples home! Yuk. And last night we found out that the one thing we came for is going to cost us all the money we have when we didn't expect it to cost at all! So we now have a dilemma, don't do what we came here for making it kind of a wasted trip, or do it and have no money for food etc. decisions decisions

Yes Gem, and we had a brilliant time! I can't believe they charge so much for parking there, it doesn't make sense. It's not like you can park there and go somewhere else or enter the park for free. They charge £6 for parking!!! I am considering upgrading my Merlin Pass to a premium one for an extra £30 which will give us free parking at all sites. I think that will work out cheaper over the year.

We have to finsh off the decorating today then head off to Burnham (again!) this afternoon/evening. Back to work tomorrow, Weymouth+Bank holiday=:( Off on Tuesday so the new carpet can be laid then back in on Wednesday! No rest this week :( Ah well, we should have a nice new lounge by Thursday evening :D

I hope you get all your decorating done and you have a good time at Burnham-on-Sea - don't forget to wave to Jim's BIL x

Morning Taz, Yes don't forget to wave to my brother lan :)

Hope you had a good day yesterday & the carpet laying goes well today. How exciting! x
