Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Morning all! Welcome back Sue, great to see you again!

Well I am back for a flying visit (literally!). After 6 nights away we returned last night in time to go to Fat Farm and face the music. Now just to set the scene, I have been staying in Premier Inn's for 6 nights which meant 6 all you can eat breakfasts. On top of that we took away with us a massive bag of christmas goodies which included the left over snacks from the christmas buffet (and there was a LOT of that!) and chocolates and sweets. We brought back with us... erm... nowt! We also had to sample local culinary delights of course ;)

So we all know that my christmas present was a 4.5lb gain so imagine my surprise when I get on those New Year scales to find....

Drum roll....








STS!!!!!!!!!!!

I was MORE than happy with that :D

So today we are off again after a bit of a chill out at home and a quick repack of the case. We are only off for 2 nights, back on Friday. I am back to work on Sunday so that will be a shock to the system!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Morning all! Well I am finally back from all the galavanting and tomorrow it's back to work. It's been a great few weeks off but it will be nice to get back to some kind of normality.

Next week I start training so the next few weeks are a little uncertain and so far no one is giving any information so it seems I will have to wait and see what's going to happen this month.

I did have a sneaky look at the scales this morning and they are not so favourable now :( but I have til Tuesday to rectify that. I am really hoping for a loss this week
 
Yes that all kicks off on Monday with no real plan beyond next week but the whole lot is about 4 weeks I believe. The bonus is, they can't pay overtime for training so any days they need me in to train when I should be off they will bank and I can take them when I want! So I kinda get extra leave for it in a way.

Sometime after this lot of training I will have some more to do for the other job they have given me. There is no plan for the start of that one yet though
 
Well this morning Mr Taz is off to play golf. I will be using the opportunity to carry out a bit of a joke that occurred while we were away. The only 'room' in the flat that has no plan but needs doing is the hallway. At the moment it's a bit of a blank canvas so I said to Mr Taz "What colour should we do the hall?" and somehow through jokey discussion we settled on bright pink! I said I would do it and Mr Taz thinks I wouldn't. Mr Taz should learn not to dare the Tazzy!!!

Are you really going bright pink in the hallway? Mr Taz should have your measure by now I reckon x
 
I've seen the piccies - it's bright and funnily enough Mr Taz is insisting it is his idea and he only said it cos he thought she'd go ahead - yeah right!! We believe you Mr Taz x
 
It certainly looks a lot better than I thought it would - I like it x
 
A friend came round last night. The stock response seems to be "OMG!!!" followed by "Actually that's nice". It is bright but there is something nice about it. I think it will grow on me. I just need to find a nice black and pink door mat and I'm done :D
