Went for a swim yesterday morning and only allowed myself half an hour so I wouldn't over do it. I only got 20 lengths done which seemed so pathetic. I did use the float between my legs though and although I was very tempted to kick I couldn't so it works I am also using webbed gloves so it gives my arms a proper workout. I went again this evening after rehab for an hour and got 40 lengths done which is better but still only quarter of what I would usually aim for and half of a 'lazy' session. I'm sure I will soon get my groove back though.
Hoping for a good loss on Friday, I did have a sneaky peek at the scales and it's looking good but we shall see......
I can now get my work trousers on and done up but I can't walk, bend, sit or breathe in them! Another inch or 2 should do it! 5 weeks to go til I need them to fit
