Hi de hi, a very dull working day today, but home now. Have been inspired by Sammy making soup today and so I have broccoli, cauli & Stilton simmering away.
Generally the pattern with my eating seems to have fallen into having breakfast at 7am, lunch at 2.30pm and dinner around 6pm. It's working well, I'm usually hungry by lunch time, but not really the rest of the meals. I'm eating those because I should, rather than need to.
I'm one month into induction now, and so glad I decided upon Atkins after Exante. It's certainly the plan for me, is keeping my blood sugar stable and therefore has stopped the constant hunger and eating of utter carp. I have had some of the tastiest meals I've ever had this last month. It's not worrying me too much that I've only least 6 lbs because I know my clothes are getting looser.
