Just got to bed and realised I hadn't posted today's menu, so...

B1: orange juice
B2: OSS with ss milk, blueberries
L: sweet potato (huge), chicken, ham, peas, hot choc
D: Maintenance choc whip, banana
S: snack a jacks

(1021 cal plus 2.5 chips and mouthful of mock steak, plus 3 mouthfuls of honeycomb ice cream from hubby's dinner lol)

Lol - pride comes before a fall. 2lb up today WTF! Surely can't be cos of a few bites of Jims dinner! Lol. Gonna put it down to less water yesterday so just retention! Note to self - stop weighing every day! Pmsl.

Night out tonight but I'm driving so should be ok! Tomorrow however, Sunday sesh including bar lunch - woop woop - another note to self, avoid scales till Weds earliest lol x

Skipped the spaghetti with the bolognaise and also had WW yogurt and freddo (oops)

Sunday 27th menu

Change of plan! Not getting out to play now so having Chinese tonight instead. Gonna go for 'healthy' option lol...

B1: orange juice 58cal
B2: two wm bread, 2 ham, 2 poached eggs 283cal
D: chicken chow mein 516cal (not convinced re cal, but it's what database says for 600g and it was only just over 400g Lol)
s: hot choc, melon, clementine, yogurt

Well done on the loss Vanessa. I know when I did SW, I always had chicken chow mein if we were having chinese, as the points were so low with that.
 
516cal for chicken chow mein seems alright i guess, just noodles,chicken and veg aint it?

Yep it's one I opt for too as the cals are good and it's not the most offensive GL wise if I leave some of the noodles on the plate.

Am refusing to stress over it - I've been under 1200/day for 10 days - and considering I'm supposed to be just maintaining weight, I reckon I'm due a bad day! Lol... Listen to me justifying piggi'ness - I'll not be saying that when I get on scales!! Pmsl

Hehe i'm LOVING your words Molly!

Am tempted to get a scone from freezer, seeing as I didn't have a solitary one from last baking batch! 15 secs in micro and it would be like freshly baked - warm and crumbly... drooling here! Ive even got proper butter in fridge too. Lol
 
Now, now!! Not a total binge fest!!! Mind you I had a gorgeous scone with real butter and raspberry jam this morning!! Yum!!
