Wannabslim's Diary - decided not to go to WI

Nope!! Its second hand and when I got back from the test drive I had a close inspection of the paintwork. It was all perfect apart from one or two very small paintchips, but I decided I would rather have it perfect (otherwise i could have driven it away today) so the dealers are sprucing it up for me (paintwork, reclean and complete head to toe polish and valet), I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

OMG looks lush..... lol.... last time i was looking for a new car.... we wet round the dealer with DD 2 and 3 ( aged 3 and 4). i looked at a 2 seater... and the three year old came up... peeped inside n said u cant get that.... where are we going to sit!!!! LOL

Lol bless ya hun! It was actually the status of our relationship at the moment that helped me to make the decision to go down to a 2 seater (I was in 2 minds as to whether it was a good idea)... where we are getting married next year, and would love to have kids about 3 years after that, so I decided that now is the time to get a sporty car that I couldn't have once children are on the scene. So, am making the most of this 'just us' time to have a bit of fun!!

rightly so!!!!!! LOL I didnt drive till Dd1 was about 3, so never got the chance.... lol i have asked OH on numerous occaisions if i can have a four seater conv for me n girls just for the summer ... falls on deaf ears though!!

Aww bless ya guys! I have doubts for my WI, feel bloated and heavy. Had a jacket potato for lunch (so as to avoid dinner right before WI. not planning to eat again now til afterwards when i shall have a little snack. Trying to get plenty of fluids through me ( a litre and a bit so far), not sure if that will help or not!!
Feeling pain in my legs today after aquafit last night! Its weird as my calf muscles are very strong (unlike most of my other muscles) due to my exercise regime, but I can really feel the ache in them today! Must have lapsed a bit and not used them enough recently!!

Just incase the scales are not kind today = Please don't be downhearted because of what the scales say, I vary wildly from day to day, and morning till night, I can be up to 6 or 7lbs different!!
Having read how diligent and committed you are being to your diet, there is NO WAY you are not losing weight!!! When I lost the bulk of my weight I was really downhearted one month when I lost nothing for 3 weeks, then 12 lbs came off in the 4th...bodies are weird!!!!

My car at the moment is a Corsa, its so reliable I am almost scared to ditch it. A great little car for a new driver, deffo! Have had a convertible before (Rover 214 cabriolet) but was nowhere near as pretty as this one! And it was a soft top not a hard top so it got very damp and leaky in the winter with all the heavy rain.. not good. Hence a hard top this time (have learnt my lesson)!!
Only 4 hours to go (1hr 10 til i get the car!! ) til WI!! x

Not so happy about WI. Am off in a sec- haven't had a drink for a few hours and nothing to eat since lunch, wearing lighter clothes than last week too....

Best of luck with it!!! LOVE the car too!!! Lucky thing, would love a convertible...am getting a car this week as well, little VW Beetle but I haven't got it yet so no pics! Yay us and our new cars!
