Wannabslim's Diary - decided not to go to WI

and the result.. 0.5lb off. It was 1lb but when i moved it changed and wouldnt go back!! lol. ah well tis better than nothing and considering how bloated and crappy i feel tbh i am surprised i didnt show a gain.

Had my last pill in the pack today and hoping that with AF comes a loss, and that the reason for my poor losses is water retention. Fingers crossed for next week!

So, another week. More exercise will be happening this week, and keeping up my water intake. Am going to aim for at least one meal a day that is primarily veggies... stir frys/soups/something proteiny with veg, and see if that makes a difference. Aiming for low salt too.

Well done mate. You just need to get past this week and the 'bloated feeling' and all will return to normal.

Besides, you have that BEAUTIFUL car anyway ;)
 
Hey!! A car AND a loss!!! How brill!!!! Well done, I am jealous!!

I have a little Corsa, my second! Its old but very low mileage and (touching wood here!!) its soooo reliable!! I am loathe to get rid, tho I really hanker after a convertible too!!!!


Oh well, I can dream of being slim, driving along in my open top jalopy, wind in my hair, sexy fella by my side!!! (wonder what DH would say tho!!)

Am just having my last few points for the day now (when my veggie dipper things are cooked anyway) and then its off to bedsies as am shattered!

My mates at WW are very jealous haha, they wanted a go round the carpark in it (them driving). Not a chance lol!! Not gonna risk damaging my car on the first day lol! Hoping for nice weather in the morning tomorrow so I can give it a go with the roof down :) xx

Well done on the loss! I think if you're 0.5lbs down when you can feel that you're a bit bloated and water-retentiony (new word:)) then once you're back to normal you'll probably see a really big loss next week :)
 
It's well worth upping the fruit and veg if you're feeling a bit bloated. I feel fab on my mini-detox and I can tell my digestive system had been well and truly clogged up before I started (if you know what I mean!)

Well I just got home as have been out at PowerJam straight from work. Its dance aerobics and 1 hour later I feel energised and uplifted! I was sweating buckets and could hardly talk, but it was worth it to earn 8.5 activity points!!

Thanks hun! Just cooking my dinner now - WW lasagne yummmmm! Using up my activity points today as I had a piece of birthday cake at lunchtime (I couldnt say no in front of the WHOLE office) which cost me a fair few points and leaving me without enough for dinner :( hence the extra gym sesh lol!
 
Wow, I wish I could go to some classes and get all sweaty. I might start water aerobics next week and follow it with a swim :D

Yum on the birthday cake. I resisted the massive piece of chocolate cake my friends were all eating today :( It makes me sad and happy at the same time.

My new 'baby' is lovely. A joy to drive, I was so happy to be in the car today I took a detour just so I didn't have to get out!! sad aren't i! lol.

Have decided I'm very fed up with the online points tracker on esource. It keeps saving the end of day totals wrong and its bugging me cos it means I am over/under my points for the week without realising it. Now I'm aware of the problem I shall be checking each individual day's points to make sure I don't have any more problems.

Rightyho, I'm off to bed in a secondo, am rather tired! x

I got my "new" (second/third-hand!) car over a year ago, and I still get a little feeling of excitement each time I drive it!
Probably as it's the only thing I've ever bought that I really wanted, regardless of the fact that it wasn't the cheapest option!! (I'm a yorkshire-lass!)

The feeling doesn't wear off! :D

I love my car too!! Even if I have a big carbon footprint and cr*p MPG!

I'm rather jealous of your determination chick! If only you could bottle it up;). You're doing great! Well done hun! I love aqua aerobics, it's so relaxing! xx
 
Hi Wannabe just wanted to say your dairy is amazing!! just been sat reading it while eating my lunch and its Brill , your doing so well and it doesnt seem like your depriving yourself at all and still loosing weight! wow.... you seem to really have cracked this diet!

I couldnt pull myself away whilst reading, i started WW on saturday and have stuck to my points all week although today i almost slipped up cause was soooooooo hungry nearly had something naughty just to satisfy it but reading your diary really gave me determination not to, and its given me some good ideas for meals....

So again its going well today.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding, keep up the good work, i look forward to hearing more!
