30 Day Squat Challenge

Have completely messed up the last week! Cannot believe i got so far and then just stopped! Defo going to try and get back on track this week. deciding whether to start from scratch or where i left off!! The thought of 250 squats scares the crap out of me!

Looking back MissP, you only had 4 days of squats left. I think you should continue. Maybe split them in two, do half in the morning and half in the evening. Your legs will still have the strength and memory. I haven't done them in two days and I'm going to start from where I left off. I was too busy and couldn't fit them in :)
 
Definitely carry on chick. You can do it! Once in you're in squat club, there's no getting out of squat club! Xx
