Is there a particular way you have to do the squats? I remember last time I did it I posted how I was doing it on a different forum and was told I wasn't doing it properly x
I would suggest you keep your feet as wide apart as you need to feel balanced..... google mixed squat challenge and go on to images you will see different kinds of squats..... the important thing is to make sure your bottom goes back, not your knees forward.... don't let your knees go past your toes..... sit down into it..... I've got a head start.... my bum naturally sticks out
