Also rode my horse for the first time in months but I'm not counting that.

Still doing C25K in the rain. Going into week 3 tomorrow.
Hit my mileage target with 5 days left.
Need to get the strength done. I've got Yoga
planned for Wednesday so maybe a kettle bell session tomorrow?
