Also rode my horse for the first time in months but I'm not counting that.

Your doing well this month nearly 2/3 of your miles completed.
Plenty of time to get the strength exercises although horse riding might fall into that category ?
 
It all counts, it's all the effort involved.

Thanks - some of it was heavy work but it doesn't feel like 'proper' exercise but I was too tired to do anything else when I'd finished!
 
I've had no proper exercise but have been doing a lot of walking in work. I keep meaning to set a pedometer but forget.

My legs are sore so I definitely did some walking yesterday but also a lot of standing. Pedometer was on but turned of when I was using phone for something else.

Morning all, I'm not going to set myself an actual.challenge but just log what I do manage to do. I keep meaning to track my work steps but for some reason keep knocking off the tracker part way through the day.

So far I have had three 3km walks.
 
Also had two 6 km cycles and finally today went for a swim. A very short swim, only 12km but well needed.

I keep forgetting to post my exercise - hit my self imposed target last week - only done 2 sessions done this week so far - need to pull my finger out!

Hit my mileage target with 5 days left.

Need to get the strength done. I've got Yoga
planned for Wednesday so maybe a kettle bell session tomorrow?
