Exercise Bike combined 44.69 km in a dual session.
Current Distance 990.3 km this month out of 1159.6 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 225.8 lbs (16 st 1.8 lbs) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 223 lb (15.99 st)

That's my weight down to 223.8 lbs and through and under the 16 st barrier.
I've had a awkward few weeks or so where my weight had climbed a few lb's over a few weeks.
Increasing the level of difficulty of the exercise and refocusing with my diet has proved fruitful.
Hopeful of losing potentially 4-6 lbs over the next six weeks or so.

30 mins walking at weekend and today wish the weather would improve!

Still feeling under the weather but did about 2 hours gardening today - better than nothing!
