At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Well fast will be 550 cos I'm hungry so snaffled a couple of crackers about 10 minutes ago, never mind not the end of the world but I was trying to stick to 500ers again

I do love mfp after a DD!

Me too & if only it were possible hey although I have no plans to attempt getting to 10 stone. I may carry on 5:2ing to see if I can get lower than 11 but I won't be gutted if I don't.

Well this morning I'm looking forward to eating that's for sure. Nice scales this morning again so just need to be careful today & then fast tomorrow to see something even nicer Thursday....

Wow what a long day it's been.... Work followed by popping to tesco, school run, hair appt, did mum a pedicure, cooked a lasagne for tea, Zumba, diet coke at pub with some of my fellow zumbettes, back to mates to pack Avon orders, home & finally ate lasagne at 10pm, bath & finally now bed yawn!!!! Fast day tomorrow & my first ever spinning class - officially bricking it!!!! Nearly weigh day woop woop
 
11:4:75 this morning so I've definitely lost this week even without todays fast which is making me very happy indeed!!!! Onwards & downwards
 
I used to love spinning class :) intense and hard but good ;)
 
Go and enjoy! def take a towel as you will sweat pints :)
 
Yep definitely lots of sweat & worst bit was when my foot slipped out the pedal & I landed awkwardly on the seat, sense that will be sore!!
 
Excited to see what number you get on the scales in the morning! Well done on the spinning class. I shy away from group exercise ...(well, all exercise if I'm honest! :p)...think it's a confidence thing. Always imagine myself as the fattest, unfittest one...all red in the face and struggling to keep up! Maybe if I lose some more lard I'll give it a go. x
