My chinese was so nice last night! I'm not sure what I'm having for tea but will be within my calories x
 
Ive had such a crap wk I cudnt really focus on healthy eating especially over the wkend yesterday I ate around 1700 cals and today I probably end up eating about 1250. Off to greenwich park wiv the girls tomorrow loads of hills so I do much better with exercise. I need to give myself a new mini target not sure wot though xx

Could of been much much worse than 1700 cals! its not to bad and that you have been working so hard i wouldent let such a thing bring you down.
a good walking in the hills sounds great to clear your head :)

I plan today to start sw but still calorie count but eat more free and healthy foods with my calories. Well it didnt go to plan went out for day had a late lunch but im still under 1200 cals including my tea later and got 2 alpen bars to eat later. I did about 4.5 hrs of walking so feeling good. Also ive definitely lost weight I wore tunic type top today thats not fitted me in such along time xx
 
That's a good sign! I have stuck to sw 100% feeling pretty pleased with myself so far. I've had fish twice today and salad twice, let's hope I can stick to it all week x
 
Yeah I haven't got any superfree.....so although I've put strawberries on my diary I haven't eaten them yet so I'll have them and an apple after my tea I think that should be okay hopefully. I'll have veg and salad tomorrow so I hope this will make up for it! x

I can't wait, I find breakfast on red is easy, lunch I sometimes struggle with but I love my 'mixed grill' tea's, I usually have salad but I have no syns left cos I messed up yesterday x
 
Mine's extra easy and I'm having spicy szechuan tomato pork stir fry (packet sauce) with rice, peppers, onions, garlic for tea 3 syns for half the sauce. I'm so excited already lol. Tuna salad for lunch with small jacket potato. I already feel happier with this 'diet' x
