Cas's weightloss diary x

I'm just worried in case I don't eat enough to lose. My cals today are only 1058, but I slept through lunch if I hadn't though I'd just of had an omelette so that's only another 200 cals. I think it'll be alright though x
 
You should be ok but our bodies do work differently though,im going try and eat more fruit today, well today is green.

Breakfast, alpen light, apple, tea.

Lunch- none

Dinner- 3 ww sausages, vegetables, small jacket.

Snacks-2 apples, banana, quavers, 2 ww sauages

HexA - semi skimmed milk in tea

HexB- 2 light alpen bars, jacket.

Syns-4.5 quavers 4 syns for oil and butter, eat smart bar 4.5 syns total 13!

Total calories 1185

Sounds good I just posted on your mpf to ask if you were doing green. What you going to use your syns on?
I'm not sure whether to start classes tomorrow night or wait and get doctors appointment for a sw referral, or just go it alone and save my money, the thing is they get a bit funny at class if you miss weeks, and Thursdays are the night my mum has Jack and we do our shopping and me and Andy have us time. The Thursday class is the only one I could get to but it's at half 6. So by time I'm out of that it could be 7.15ish then shopping for an hour, then have our tea, get bathed etc it'd be time for bed lol.
Or just do it myself at home, with minimins, mpf, sw mags and sw on facebook I can't go that wrong surely? Then if I get stuck or go off track then think about classes? Sorry so long x

I do love currys but if I make one I just buy a jar of sauce but wud like to try my own.

It be handy if you get referal from your dr, how does that work? cud you pop in just to get weighed each wk or wud that still take up to much time. I think i'd be the same though, if we got bit of time to ourselves I wud feel bad spending it at sw, im going it alone for now just find it difficult to get to class x

Yeah me too basically the gp gives you a letter and you get 12 wks free but still again it depends if I want my Thursday evenings disrupted. I borrowed a sw curry book. I'm going to put some recipes in the recipe section x
 
Well I just chucked on my sucky in knickers, and my charity shop top for my fancy dress outfit tonight and i don't think I'll be lookin as bad as I thought, just got try try on my leggings with it and my high heels ;) hopefully I won't look to bad. I'm going to be the biggest person there by miles I hope I look okay x
 
I'm doing extra easy today, I'm having a couple glasses wine tonight so using all my syns over the week this week and just deducting as I go but making sure I have a least 5 left for every day x
 
Yeah my mum and sis are babysitting, I'll get hubby to take a pic later and I'll post it on my diary lol, luckily I'm going in black so it's my best colour lol. I've got such a sore throat this morning I don't know where it's come from. The alcohol will sort that though, what you having for tea instead? x
 
Well im going have Pasta bolanase with lean mince, going have a tiny portion of mince rest pasta, going save a few syns for garlic bread, cant eat it without my garlic bread! or dont wether to just cook something different for myself!.

Its a great idea to put pic of yourself now so your be able to compare as ur going along, ive got a pic of myself looking really fat after Hollie, so when I get near to target I'll post that x
 
Enjoy your bolognaise, I love it and garlic bread. I'd have to save a ton of syns for that x
