That looks like a great day, I am struggling today feel really hungry eaten my lunch already and my snack not good 5 hr till dinner time
 
1300 is awesome for a Sunday. Today looks delish. I haven't have a jacket spud in ages, will need to whack one in the new oven once I am back up and running at home!
 
Well done on The water front I am rubbish at drinking water in the winter summertime I easily hit target so might make that next weeks challenge to keep it interesting
 
Morning, Debs I'm going carry on with the water I drink far too much diet coke normally I'm addicted and I'm not giving that up for lent!! my kids will have a grumpy mummy! before I had my baby I was addicted to full fat coke so glad I'm off that now.

Just worked out my burnt calories for today and its over 800! which includes over 2 hours of walking, half already done, giving the house a good going over and half hour on just dance 4!

B-Alpen light with cuppa.

L- Jacket potato and low fat coleslaw.

D- breaded fish, jacket potato and mixed salad.

S- 2 nu choc cereal bars, skips half banana skips.

Total cals: 1165 pp's 29pps

Yes Cas definitely take your measurements, it might make all the difference your food's looking yummy as always! xx
 
That is amazing calorie burn your at feel great , I try to limit me self to one can of diet coke a day so not to bad now, I agree with the measuring thing the scales are a pain up the butt mine are up
And down like a yo-yo
 
Morning half way through the week yeah !! Got to work all day and then this evening as well but it stops me snacking , don't ache to much for the video so that's good have a good day
 
Hey, hope everyone's having a good day, I've been busy this morning had to drop Maisie at child minders then take Emily to school meet my friend for coffee, pop into morrisons, then off to help my nan out with her housework, then rush to pick Maisie up. I'm home now just making quick lunch for me and the girls then off out again to the school - well at least I'm burning lots off calories!

B- none

L- 2 slices of 50/50 toast and pate ( wasn't meant to be having bread but I'm short on time!)

D- Chicken breast, coleslaw and jacket.

S- 2 nu cereal bars, rice crispy bar.

Total cals 1035. PPs 24.

Love pâté on toast what are the cals Like in that ? Dinner sounds lovely that's pretty much my Fav. With a bit of BBQ sauce on the chicken
