Cas's weightloss diary x

Good good I am at work had belvita yoghurt biscuits and a cup of tea, feeling good and it's half way through the week x
 
Thanks we are going to do this together nowx I started a little heavier than that prob about 13st 9lb and lowest ever weight was may last year and I hit 9st 10lb I am in the middle at 11st 2 now
 
Just had some grapes and still have 70 cals left so goin to take a hot choc to bed later, I am excited for the weigh ins cos I know we have both been so good , I don't often say that lol
 
Going to weigh on Saturday this week instead of Monday because of the party even though I am you going to be good diet come always bloats me out and makes me feel pants so sat it is which is only two days early, you still weighing tommorrow ?

Thank you, I'm debating Friday or Saturday as I've only been on plan since Monday, haven't got any plans over the weekend just want to chill out and have something nice to eat on Saturday :)

Today-

B-Highlights- hot choc

L-Pate on toast (2 slices of 50/50) alpen light.

D-Steak, jacket potato and veg

S-Rice crispy bar, banana

Total- 1055 cals Exercise - 451 cals.

We have a plan then we can both have a nice treat on Saturday and set out next goals, it's nice to have someone to do this with I am excited to see how we have done
