Cas's weightloss diary x

Sounds like a plan my holiday is 27th September s I have just over 30 weeks so if I could do one lb a week I will have hit my goal well before I go which gives me a chance if star weeks get in the way or have a eek of for birthdays etc
 
Ah temptation i hate that one something is just waving at you saying eat me eat me lol just hold on to tommorrow
 
Thank you hun, I thought I hadn't done to good as being ill and mil booked a pasta and meatball dish for tea at half 7 last night but we were at hers so when I got home this morning I weight and it was showing 7lb loss and that was after my breakfast and stuff so I'm hoping it was a little more and I have a good loss by next Friday xx
 
I think I had about 1800 cals yesterday, we had Chinese instead of pasta, but I did say I wanted Saturdays to be a non diet day, plus I don't think it good eat the same amount of calories everyday.

Today

B- Rice crispy bar and cuppa.

L- quavers, alpen light bar.

D- Spag bowl and 2 slices of garlic bread.

S- skips, 2 nu cereal bars, might have a hot chocolate later too, slice of garlic bread.
Total 1300 cals propoints 31.

This week I'm going keep track of pro points as I seem to lose more this way, so going try and keep points under 30.
