I loved slimming world when I first started just be careful with the portions I found it easy to eat too much free food

Well I'm still knackered counting down to the weekend!! burnt off 418 cals in exercise not to bad! took the lo's to soft play today they both really enjoyed it, might make it a regular thing just to help burn of some of Maisie's energy!

Still sticking with sw type foods, basically less process stuff and limiting bread etc


So today:

B- Tea

L- Uncle bens vegetable rice.

D- Spag bowl with a small portion of lean mince and vegetables etc

S- 2 nu cereal bars, 2 alpen lights.

Total cals-1071
 
Mmmmm spag bol - just what I fancy. Love your plan on less processed foods, I am trying to get back into that approach too, I find it definitely helps with weight loss and generally feeling healthier, better skin, energy etc.
 
I love cal counting don't want to give it up but I'm finding I hardly lose, during November I lost st in 3 wks just by eating clean foods and I definitely agree about the skin etc I want to get to stage where I can enjoy food at the weekend without feeling guilty!

I don't mind spag bowl, tonight I'm just having a small portion of mince and filling my plate with spaghetti, also we usually buy the fresh pasta and found Tesco's pasta/spaghetti is more than double the calories compared to Morrison's - Tesco 485 cals for 175 grms Morrisons 182 cals for 125 grms - how strange!
 
Morning all ready done 90 min walk, really need to do more exercise and keep at it, might get my abb belt out later! added up my exercise calories for today and its over 845! intending to do another 60 min walk later and fitness dvd.


B- Nutri gain raisin bake bar and cuppa

L- Mexican rice.

D- Small piece of chicken, jacket potato- side salad.

S- mini mars, 2 nu choc cereal bars.

Total cals 1198
 
I'm feeling good don't think I've lost much yet but not been on the scales, I'm still eating sw types of food so hoping it will help- how's you? the lo's are good.

Was so hungry last night my spud and beans wasn't enough! missed my chicken!

Today:

B- Raisin bake bar and cuppa

L- Vegetable Rice

D-Chicken, homemade wedges and coleslaw.

S- Banana, cheese curls, choc cereal bar.

Total cals -1248 Exercise cals- 685

Its been a busy day but stuck to food plan so far, really looking forward to dinner, on a positive note manage to get loads of exercise in!

Just drinking a cup and looking through the before and after pics section, so motivating!!! Still planning to wi on Saturday but I am thinking to wait till next Friday instead just to give my plan a bit longer to see a loss, as I do find jumping on the scales and only losing 1lb or sts very disheartening at times.

Also going aim to do 20 sits up every night- thanks for that idea Debs xx
 
Your exercise numbers are amazing how many have you burned in total this week must nearly be enough to burn a pound with out all the good eating you have been doing
 
Guessing it would be 3500 same as you need to cut out food wise x so you have nearly burnt a pound just through excercise !!!!
