Morning

Should be doing the ironing........

MIL not coming home today after all, never mind I guess she's better off being looked after by the professionals.

Just taken my car to the garage for service and MOT,cleaned the bathroom and loos, hoovered and swept the house and the drive retrieved lots of it from the pavement (gravel drives.....nightmare most of it disappears up the road!) Done 2 loads of washing and hung it out on the line, made breakfast and washed up. DD has filled a binbag of unwanted clothes for the charity shop (dreadful shopping day with teenager approaching:eek: ) DS is driving us mad 'playing' his new harmonica, thanks for the Easter present Grandma!

Just need to do the ironing and walk the dogs, take DD to the salon to get her eyebrows waxed before jumping on a train with DS protesting loudly so we can visit MIL for an hour or so before meeting the girls for a gossip tonight......wake me up if I start snoring or dribbling please girls, reckon I'll be knackered.

Oh got to walk back the garage to collect my car at some point....tricky might be in London at the hospital by then:rolleyes:

Morning

1 week til we jet off on holiday:D :D :D :D

Don't think I'll shift 21 pounds by then but I'm gonna stick with it and lose as much as possible, no point beating myself up about it and I must remember that I am still 4 1/2 stone lighter than when I last went!

Got everything done on my list yesterday except collect my car and get DD eyebrows waxed. Off to collect my car shortly before heading to work. DD eyebrows will have to sprout til Saturday when I'm next off to take her!

So not much planned today, working, buying of new 'holiday knickers in my lunch break, yoga tonight and no eating. Somewhere I'll be squeezing in a bit of breakfast and dinner making, washing up, a load of washing or 2 and a bit of ironing;) A womans job an' all that eh? Reckon we all deserve a holiday with the girls every so often!

Just a quick post before I head off to bed.....

Today? Dietwise, great 100% SS:D By 11pm I'd only managed a bar so I sat down and had a feast; 1 mug of soup, a toffee & walnut pack whizzed up with coffee and a large mug of warm flavoured water......feel like I'm drowning in liquid!!

Really busy day at work only managed a 15 min break to grab a coffee, stood all day except for 2 trips to the loo:eek:

Got home, cooked chicken and veggies for the kids before tackling a pile of ironing, washed up, did a load of washing, swept the floors - anyone want a puppy? Seems I produce one every day I sweep my floors - walked the dogs to meet DH off the train, he'd been to visit MIL, waxed DD eyebrows cos the salon was booked up, it's ok she's still got 2:D Packed DD suitcase ready for her trip to Germany with school on Sunday, before finally collapsing to feast on my packs and watch Grand Designs, the church restoration anyone else seen it?

I'm working an extra day tomorrow, feel I'm neglecting the kids but we're skint so the money's useful and DH is off with them tomorrow. Funny how us women have these guilt burdens to lug around, men don't seem to.

Anyhow off to bed in a mo.

Morning All

Up early today and organised so feeling very chilled:) Another beautiful day here so hopefully the sunshine will influence todays customers and they'll all be as lovely as the weather.

Feeling thin today:D Funny how we have thin days and fat days isn't it? I asked DH if he has the same thing or is just a girlie mindset, he said he only has fat days! He did so well on CD but has really gone off the rails lately and can't seem to get his head back in the right place.

Just noticed I have 2 men outside my drive looking at my garden wall:confused: Think maybe they're re-building the one next door but strange that they feel the need to study mine first, hope they don't copy it cos the dog knocked a couple of blocks out the other day so it's obviously not a good example of a sandstone wall! Maybe I'll go flutter my eyelashes at them and they might repair mine too:)

Feeling very strong on my diet today, I had a gain after losing the battle with the Easter Bunny but I was back to 12st1lb this morning, fingers crossed I might finally get back in the 11's by Monday. Intend to Add A meal from Monday, think I ought to stabilise a bit before my hol on Thurs I know it's only a few days but it might be beneficial. If I gain too much while away I'll have to travel home draped in a sheet cos nothing will fit! I managed to 5lb last weekend with just 2 days of eating - I know there was lots of chocolate involved but 5lb! I don't desrve that:eek:

Still no news really, she's still got 1 drain though it's a bag now rather than a huge glass jar but they won't send her home with the bag in case the dogs stand on it! There's talk of her being transferred to the Conquest by ambulance which I hope they do cos then she'll get more frequent visits, we can't manage too many cos it's 5 hours really for a 1 1/2 hour visit:sigh: She's pretty fed up cos she feels quite well.
 
Sunday 15th April

Morning All

What a lovely day again, makes everything happier don't you think?

I was up at 3.15 this morning to deliver DD to school, she's off to Germany again as part of her GCSE. She was only there in Feb and it's all been funded by some grant that the school applied for. Wahoo, we don't generally get given anything for nothing!!!

Anyhow I had the bright idea that I would stay out of bed and get the ironing done and generally do the housework so I'd have the day free. The reality was I collapsed on the sofa for a quick coffee....gave up the battle at 5.15 before heading back to bed!:D

Weight back down to 12st this morning, please, please, please let me be 11 something tomorrow. I so want to go on my hol in the 11's! I'm nowhere near where I wanted to be but at least I've fought my way back down from 13st and I'm not almost 17st as I was last time, the camel will be relieved!

Had a bit of a try on this morning and most of my clothes fit, whether they'll still fit by the end is another question?

Just chilling with my boy today,We're planning to head off down the seafront for a game of cazy golf:D DH has driven to Stockport to collect some rubbish he bought on E-bay and will stop en route to visit his Mum. Methinks he will be Mr Grumpy when he gets back, he'll be knackered

Just a quick post, diet going well dropped 2lb this morning so finally I'm back in the 11's:D I do feel slimmer and my clothes are fitting better again.

Got my clothes out and ready to pack:eek: Can't believe that I ever claimed to have 'nothing to wear' How many tops is too many for a 10 day hol? What about bags and shoes? I've now found out there's a lower luggage allowance, just 20kg.......doesn't sound enough. Might have re-think my 'capsule' wardrobe!

Just stopping by quickly to say goodbye, I 'll be back here and on the wagon no doubt many lbs heavier a week Monday.

Still got to pack my case, I have everything ready but didn't want to fold my hanging stuff too soon, just hope it all fit in the case and doesn't weigh too much, bit like I hope my bum will inside my holiday clothes!

Also have to type up DD coursework, she's wriiten it out but it's better typed and she wheedled her way around her secretary to speed it up for her! 2 finger typing can take a while.

I got an award today:D DS was late with his homework cos Mummy's been too stressed to remind him so I quickly typed up a short story.....I got Homework of The Week Award:eek: Poor DS, he's so honest he feels guilty at accepting it but knows he'll be in trouble if he confesses. It was based around his idea, I just embellished it. Promise I won't do it again. Nice to know I can spin a tale though, apparently my vocabulary is 'interesting and varied'

MIL was transferred to our local hospital yesterday, hopefully she'll be home early next week. It has dampened my enthusiasm for my hol, the timing couldn't be worse really but I'm sure hubby will rise to the challenge of looking after the kids and dogs and house and his Mum and they'll all cope fine without me.
