:cry: old soup was not nice. Just had ryebread and nutella (the only things in my office!) for lunch... oh dear.
 
I seem to have lost all my motivation. I got to the gym, did a quick warm up on the crosstrainer and then just grabbed my stuff and left. I feel a bit strange, keep getting hot flushes today (lol!) so I'm now home eating an unpointed mini roll.

The weird thing is I quickly weighed myself when I got in and the scales are showing 11st8 (with the 7 flickering before it settles on 8). I'd have been delighted with 11st8 tomorrow morning when I weigh in but it seems a bit odd to get such a low reading this late in the day...

Think I'm going to take myself off to bed. :(
 
Stay away from the mini rolls... You can blame your other half for that ;-)

Hmmm maybe you're in for a good weight loss tomorrow.... Fingers crossed!

If you're feeling out of sorts bed is defo the best place for you x

I'm going to try a few SF days this week (thanks Becky!) but today isn't because there's no food in the house so I had to buy a supermarket lunch. Thursday and Friday are definitely SF days though and probably Sunday and Monday too (with tweaks for lamb!)

Today's food:
Breakfast: muesli, berries and yogurt: 7
Lunch: Uncle Ben's Heiss auf Reis (I think this is called Rice Time at home? Are they any good?) sweet and sour: 10
Dinner: Mascarpone pasta 9
Snacks: pineapple 0 and miniroll 3

And I'm off to a friend's tonight (I managed to avoid her cooking for me. She's a great cook but I was worried about pointing!) so I'm sure there will be wine...

So so pleased with that and I'm feeling a lot better this morning too. I'm really looking forward to SF! I'm going to make bean chilli which I'd never make normally because it's so many points.
 
Well done on your 3lb loss :0)

I had chilli last night. Used a little Quorn mince and mixed beans. It was yummy :0)
 
Ooooh, just got a 20% off voucher for Esprit AND my company just told me they'll pay the tax consultant to do my return (German tax is super complicated). I'm not sure whether I should buy clothes or not... hopefully they won't fit me in a month or so! What a great dilemma! :D

True. I fell off the wagon a bit last night at my friend's house. I managed to stick to just two gin and tonics (7pp) but I also had:

a handful of dried banana chips that had been fried in coconut oil: 5pp
about 10 or 15 chocolate things, a bit like those cadbury snaps: 7pp to be safe
some hummus with carrots and peppers: 3pp

22pp! Oops!

I'm feeling really full this morning! I had a SF breakfast but I think I'm actually going to point that when I get into work. Just not feeling the SF today!
