I originally had it by my monitor and that was just too much temptation. Safely hidden away now! I'm so strong!

I would be eating real food for lunch and not chocolate and 0pp soup but I've run out of pills so have surprise totm (I normally run the packs together). This is definitely the reason for any sts/gain this week, it has absolutely nothing to with the glühwein at the weekend!

Wine is made of fruit so therefore free :0/
 
I recently found out what's in mincemeat... they would nearly definitely still be 100pp per bite.

I need to learn to check points before I buy things. I was seduced by some white chocolate and raspberry muesli in the supermarket. It's about 2pp more per serving than my normal stuff!

I find that each 40 calories is about 1pp this helps when in the supermarket. So say something was 240 cals this is about 6pp. Doesn't always work exact x
 
Thanks Emma! That's good to know. The NVs here aren't always very informative but I'll keep an eye on the calories where I can!

I am back on plan today. My official weigh in is tomorrow but today the scales are +2lb. I'm sticking to just my 27pp for today and most of this next week to try and kick start my losses again and I've got an 8km run planned later so I'm still hopeful for a sts. Plus totm has a lot to answer for!

Food today:
Breakfast: muesli, yogurt, apple 7
Lunch: tomato soup 0
Dinner: flatbread pizza 12
Snacks: banana, pear, dairy milk 6

Up 1lb today which isn't a huge surprise. It just frustrates me that I could be so much more focused and now be 11st6 instead of 11st9. Fingers crossed for a good loss next week! I did weigh myself on the fancy gym scales last night, admittedly it was after running 8km (so proud!) and before dinner (pizza, oops!) but they flashed up 71.7kg, which is 8st4 - when I joined over the summer, they were over 77kg which was about my start weight. It is coming off slowly!

I was going to do my measurements this morning as well but my tape measure has disappeared! My very skinny jeans are fitting better though so definitely a loss!

Food today:
Breakfast: muesli, yogurt, apple 7
Lunch: tomato soup 0
Dinner: chilli and rice 14
Snacks: pineapple and apple 0 glühwein later on 6

Haha! If only I'd known you lot were so easily entertained! There are so many funnier words in German!
 
Urghh. Well I definitely drank some of my weeklies last night! I only meant to go for one drink and I had three. If nothing else, ww has turned me into a complete lightweight. I got home about 10 (boyf was not best pleased as I had all the food for dinner and apparently I'd kept saying oh I'll be back in about half an hour!), he cooked dinner while I binged on lebkuchen (the German Christmas gingerbread biscuits) and then somehow I decorated a Christmas tree!

So in addition to yesterday's plan, last night I had:
1x cereal bar 3
1x glühwein 6
1x mead 7
1x apple juice 2
4x lebkuchen 12 (I think, need to check at home but I had no idea these were so bad!!)

Oh my god, that is so much worse than I thought! I'm definitely going to doublecheck those lebkuchen but that's 30pp!
 
The story of my life!!! One glass of wine turns into a bottle however when I intend to have a bottle on a weekend I usually only manage a glass or two?!!! x

I went to my last taekwondo class last night. It finally feels like I'm actually leaving Germany. It's a bit weird. Just 5 days left of work now as well. My boyfriend's decided to stay another 6 months so I'll be over visiting but it's going to be tough.

Today's food:

Dinner: steak and mushroom and spelt stew (the stew's a Nigel Slater recipe) 10
Snacks: banana and cereal bar 3

I also found out that I totally miscalculated the lebkuchen I ate the other night. Apparently they're called Pfeffernüsse and not Lebkuchen and they're 1pp each! Much better than I thought! So I had a few more last night and a glühwein when I got home and I've still got 30 weeklies left! I'm having more of these!
